The document discusses the challenges the WNBA faced in marketing itself and positioning its product. It argues that the WNBA incorrectly assumed basketball fans would automatically like the WNBA like the NBA. It also tried too hard to emulate the NBA when it should have differentiated itself more. The WNBA targeted men aged 20-39 but faced competition from more popular baseball. It also struggled to attract hardcore sports fans or get men to view women's sports as equally athletic. The WNBA needed to market itself as a more affordable and family-friendly alternative experience rather than trying to replicate the NBA.

Specific tactics include creating targeted social media content, holding themed game nights, and developing incentives for students to attend multiple games. The goal is to better connect students to the team and their games to drive more interest and attendance throughout the season.

This document discusses the conflict between intellectual property rights and human rights, specifically regarding patents on pharmaceuticals. It explores the evolution and intersection of these two regimes, and the problems posed by TRIPS in requiring strict patent protection. While TRIPS flexibilities aim to increase access to medicines, developing countries still face many barriers, including the high costs of patented drugs. The document examines interpretations of the right to health and potential solutions, such as technology transfer and tiered pricing, but notes these may not fully address the issues or undermine patent protection. It aims to analyze this complex issue from various perspectives to seek pragmatic solutions that balance patent and human rights.

The document provides an evaluation of a student's media project for a film called "Ring Rosie".
The student created a poster, magazine cover, and trailer for the film. For the poster, the student used lighting effects, quotes, and an intense close-up image to convey the horror genre. The magazine cover "WATCH" was designed to resemble popular magazines to attract different audiences with its images, cover lines, and advertised content. Both the poster and magazine were meant to complement each other and promote the main product which is the film trailer. The student believes the project will appeal to a wide audience aged 15-21 due to focusing on teenage characters and cultural references.

RESEATING & RAM POINTS
The construction of the new on-campus stadium and our football program’s return to
campus require the Colorado State University Department of Athletics to develop a plan
to allocate seating and parking for the new facility. Ram Points, which is the priority point
system Colorado State Athletics has used since 2009, is specifically tailored to the unique
aspects of Colorado State University and its season ticketholders.
