The Puget Sound Pet Food Bank provides food and supplies to pets in need. It serves an average of 142 families per month in Tacoma and Spanaway, Washington. The Pet Food Bank also donates food to other organizations that help pets. It accepts donations online, through Amazon Smile, and donation barrels at local businesses. The Pet Food Bank's mission is to ensure no pet goes hungry.

2. Puget Sound Pet Food Bank began as the
Center For Spiritual Living Pet Food Bank,
with Marge Meyer and Reverend Frances
Lorenz as visionaries and co-founders.
Reverend Frances and other members of
the church provided wonderful support
hosting the Pet Food Bank in their
basement for 2 years. In 2015 we grew
into a new 501(c)(3) corporation, Puget
Sound Pet Food Bank, with Marge Meyer
as President. We also grew out of the
church basement into two locations, one
on Sixth Ave. in Tacoma and one in
Spanaway.
Our misson at Puget Sound Pet Food
bank is to provide food, treats & supplies
for pets in need.
ABOUT PUGET SOUND PET FOOD BANK
This year, we’ve moved to a new,
larger location in Tacoma (still on Sixth
Ave) and are establishing a new
permanent location in Spanaway as
well!
We serve an average of (142) families
total in both locations, with animals
ranging from dogs & cats to rabbits,
gerbils, amphibians and fish each
month.
We also donate food to:
