• As a QS-turned-lawyer, Angel set up her own law firm in 2006 to fully utilise her
experience and expertise in law, quantity surveying and construction consultancy
to help various players within the engineering and construction industry. Since
then, Angel has been providing legal advice on matters related to the industry such
as drafting construction contracts, advising on procurement strategies, contract
administration, claims management and dispute resolution.
