美东有限公司是一家在美国麻省波士顿市注册的美国公司，公司致力于钢结构建筑
设计、制造、安装工程的承包和工业房地产开发建设，自1984年起美东有限公司开始在
华拓展业务。
美国工业村是美东有限公司依照统一的模式和标准在中国投资、开发和管理的美国
标准花园式现代化工业物流园区。美国工业村的每栋厂房根据美国标准厂房建造，几乎
能满足各种门类的厂房和仓库的使用需要。公司目前在中国开发并管理着海口美国工业
村、广州美国工业村、昆山美国工业村、沈阳美国工业村、广州美穗美国工业村和广州

2. Eastern American is a US-owned, Boston, Massachusetts-registered steel
building Design-Build fabricator/contractor and industrial real estate
development company. It has been involved in China’s development since
1984.
Eastern American is the developer, owner and managers of the
garden-style gated “American Industrial Village” brand industrial parks all over
China. Each building, design to American standards can accommodate almost
all industrial and warehouse needs. Eastern American has developed, and
manages the Haikou American Industrial Village, Guangzhou American
Industrial Village, Kunshan American Industrial Village, Guangzhou Meisui
American Industrial Village, Guangzhou Meixing American Industrial Village
and the Shenyang American Industrial Village . These industrial parks have
gross land of approx 1,000 hectares, a total floor area of almost 470,000 sq

1.1Geographic Location 园区地理位置
昆山美国工业村是一个适用于工业和高新技术产业的花园式工业小区，园区总占地
18.22 万平方米，位于中国江苏省昆山市。
驱车 35 分钟即可到达上海虹桥机场，距上海市中心约 40 公里；沪宁高速、苏昆沪高
速、苏昆太高速、苏州绕城高速穿区而过，312 国道、机场路、沪宁铁路、沪宁城际轻轨、
京沪高铁横贯全境。
昆山美国工业村第一、第二、第三、第四、第五期工程拥有十六栋标准厂房和一栋综合
楼，总建筑面积超过 120000 平方米，拥有全国首创的全封闭统一管理模式。工业区环境优
美，设施齐全，是国内外广大客户投资开设工厂的理想场所。目前已有多家企业落户，如：

4. Starting in 2006 Eastern American has solely invested and developed
Kunshan American Industrial Park sited on 182,200 square meters of land,
which is located in Kunshan New & Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone
(KSND).
The park is next to Shanghai - Nanjing Expressway and No. 312 National
Highway etc, with its convenient traffic condition, it takes only 35 minutes to
Shanghai Hongqiao Airport.
Using its design, contracting and management systems Eastern American
has grown the Kunshan American Industrial Park to 16 standard plants with
more than 120,000 square meters of space. Besides, one commercial service
building was built in this park to provide high quality business services. The
park is an ideal place for high tech and other advanced industrial companies.
