Martial Arts & Personal Safety Day Camp for GirlsEl HaLev
El HaLev is offering a Passover day camp for girls ages 7-12 that combines martial arts training and personal safety workshops between April 10-14. The camp will teach skills like self defense, setting boundaries, cultivating self-confidence, and distinguishing strangers from acquaintances. A separate self defense workshop is also available for teenage girls ages 12-14 on April 10-13 focused on effective physical and verbal techniques for dealing with risk situations. Both programs aim to empower girls in a supportive environment.
