Volunteers from the First Presbyterian Church of Farmington helped a homeowner with various tasks on Rebuilding Together Oakland County's Spring Work Day on April 27, 2013. The volunteers tore down an old shed and built a new foundation and ramp for a pre-fab shed. They also installed new countertops and cabinets in the homeowner's kitchen. Other projects included replacing a fence that was falling apart, fixing the back door threshold and step, landscaping with new bushes and mulch, and re-laying buried pavers for the walkway. The grateful homeowner is pictured in front of their newly painted porch and mulched garden.
