2012-13 Men’s Basketball
Season Ticket Renewal
This simple step-by-step renewal process is intended for reserved season
ticket holders that fit the following criteria:

•Own seats in the Baseline/Ends or Corners, this includes the following
sections within Haas Pavilion:

• Baseline/Ends: 4, 8, 9, 10, 14, 18, 22, 23, 24, 28
• Corners: 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27

•Want to change their some or all of their season tickets into the new
youth/senior pricing

This document is not for patrons that own:
•Chairback Seats in Sections 1, 2, 3, 15, 16, 17
•Premium Bench Seats in Sections: 4, 8, 9, 10, 14, 18, 22, 28
•Reserved Centers Seats in Sections: 1, 2, 3, 15, 16, 17

Step 1
• Visit www.CalBears.com/tickets
• Click the “Buy Now” button at the top of the page
• This will bring you to the Cal Athletic Ticket Office Online Window

Step 2
• Once at the Cal Athletic Ticket Office online Window
• Click the “Season Renewals and Post-Season” button
• This will bring you to the account login screen


Step 3
• For returning online customers:
• Enter your email address or Account # and personally selected password
• Click “Login”
• If you have not purchased tickets online previously, you must activate your account
by clicking “Link Your Account” and enter your Account # and PIN #


Step 4
• Once logged into your account, click the season that you are renewing


Step 5
• Once you are in the season application, review your renewal
• Your order will be the exact seat locations from the 2011-12 season
• For patrons that own Baseline/Ends or Corners season tickets and would like to
change your seats to our new youth or senior prices, continue on to the next step


Step 6
• Patrons that own Baseline/Ends or Corners season tickets now have the option of purchasing their
season tickets at a new youth/senior rate
• Your application automatically defaults to the adult price. To order season tickets at the youth/senior
rate, REDUCE your ticket quantity to the desired amount within the application
• Scroll down on the webpage and under the Additional Items section, click 2012-13 Men’s Basketball
Season Tickets


Step 7
• To select youth/senior pricing:
• 1. Select the desired Price Level
• 2. Enter the quantity of tickets you are changing to the youth/senior price
• 3. Click “Add to Application” in the right corner of the page to return to the Application webpage

Please note that when you submit your application you will not see a seat location for the seats that changed
price. You will receive the same seat locations from 2011-12 even though you do not see the seat
location on the webpage.


Step 8
Once back at the Application webpage, you have a couple of options under Additional Items:
•1. Purchase a parking pass by clicking 2012-13 Men’s Basketball Season Parking
•2. Add a charitable donation to Men’s Basketball to increase your priority points
Review Your Order
•3. Review the youth/senior season tickets you added. You can release these tickets at this time.
•4. Review your entire order and total amount due
•5. Once you are ready to place your order, click Add To Cart at the bottom of the webpage


Step 9
Your Order is Now Added to the Shopping Cart
•Click Priority Mail as the delivery option
•Click Checkout when you are ready to pay for your season tickets

You may view your application details, release the application or entire order at this point.


Step 10
Your Order is Almost Complete!
•1. Review your account information. If you have changes click Edit Information within the box
•2. Enter your credit card information for payment
•3. Agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box and click Submit Payment

•Once you submit payment, there are no refunds or exchanges.


After Your Order Has Been Placed

•Once your payment is received you are all set for the upcoming year

Want to Upgrade Your Seats?
•Patrons that renew by the deadline of August 15 and want to see what seats are available
for upgrading are invited to the first-ever Season Ticket Holder Select-a-Seat event

Select-a-Seat Event

•When: Wednesday, Aug. 22 – 6:30pm
•Where: Haas Pavilion
•Details: A voluntary opportunity to view and upgrade into new seats for the
2012-13 Men’s Basketball season. Patrons that are happy with their existing seats do
not need to participate and will be renewed in their seats from prior year.
