The units include stainless
steel appliances, granite
slab countertops, crown
molding, hardwood floors
and travertine tile and will
be larger than compara-
tive rental units in Hous-
ton. With these additional
features and amenities,
along with the building’s
generous floor plans, over-
sized kitchens and living
spaces, Hanover hopes to
attract sophisticated rent-
ers that can’t currently
be accommodated in this
upscale neighborhood.
