This document outlines the regulations for the 2012 Electronic Games Championship. It covers registration requirements, tournament procedures, and game format. The minimum age to participate is 13. The tournament will use Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 in a knockout format. A maximum of 16 players can register. Players must arrive 30 minutes before their match and present their individual ID card. Matches last 10 minutes with substitutions allowed between rounds or when a player is carded or injured. Drawn matches go to a penalty shootout, except the final which has extra time before penalties if still drawn.

1. 2012 Electronic Games Championship Regulations
First Chapter: Registration system:
Article (1): The minimum age limit for the player participation is (13) year.
Article (2): The game proposed for Championship is : pro evolution soccer 2012.
Article (3): The championship will run according to a knockout format.
Article (4) The maximum limit for registration is (16) players.
Article (5): Any player delays 10 minutes after the match time will considered as a loser.
Article (6) The Game will be performed on Play Station 3 Device.
Article (7): Any player is entitled to bring his own Remote Control Device.
Article (8) The player is not entitled to speak with his opponent during the match.
Article (9) The participating players must comply with the public morality and sport spirit.
Article (10) In event, the participants has his own fans, they have to keep quite during the
match and to avoid any disturbance which may harm the players.
Article (11): The Championship Organizing Committee is entitled to interpret any article in
this regulation and takes suitable action in anything not stipulated in the regulation.
Championship Procedures: Second Chapter:
Article (1): The Player Registration Form will be provided with ID , or Passport.
Article (2): After Registration form is met , each player will get:
2/1 : Individual subscription Card contains a fixed photo approved by the organizing
committee.
2/2: In event , the player Card is lost , a new substitute card should be issued on a
nominal price.
Article (3): The player should attend at the competition location 30 minutes prior the
match’s specified time.
Article (4): The player must show the Individual Card issued by the Organizing committee
at the competition location.
Article (5): Any player not holds a Card is not allowed to play.
Game format: Third Chapter:
Article (1): Match time is 10 minutes.
Article (2): Freedom of selection for each club or team.
Article (3) Any player not registered will not be allowed to participate in the Games.
Article (4): Two similar teams are allowed to play in the match.
Article (5): The matches will be played by normal camera.
Article (6): Game format, 3 substitutes players is allowed for each team beside players
arrows must be considered.
Article (7): substitution of players is allowed in the following events:
1/7 : between the two rounds.
2/7: when the ball is out of the field.
3/7: when players are booked with red card.
4/7: when player is injured.
Article (8): The player is not allowed to press (stop button) unless the ball goes outside,
and such stop is to substitute a player.
Article (9): In event , the match ended to a draw, no additional time is given, but the
players will subject to a penalty shootout. In the final match , the players will be granted
additional time , but if the draw continues they will play penalty shootout to decide the
winner.
