international purchases surged by $16 billion this year, one of the
highest increases in recent years. $82 billion worth of residential
property was purchased by international buyers in the U.S. from
March 2010-March 2011, and 62% paid cash. By attending the
International Forum you will prepare yourself for these global buyers
and learn to meet their buying expectations. Specifically, analyze the
real estate markets in Canada, France, Germany, and Singapore with
international experts from all four countries.

in international metropolitan gateways. NAR‟s Chief Economist will

commercial real estate outlook. He will be joined by two industry
experts in a presentation of current market trends and a discussion of
the changing landscape for commercial real estate.
