Diana Frank gave the closing remarks for the IIID traffic & transport 2011 conference held from 20110908 to 20110909. Over the two days, there were many speakers who addressed topics such as public transport, social media, and handling user information. Questions remained around how to deal with complexity and ensuring social services meet user needs. Diana thanked all the participants and speakers for their contributions to the successful event.
