ARAMARK Corporation projected its fiscal year 2005 consolidated sales to grow 8% over fiscal year 2004. To calculate organic growth, it excluded the estimated $277 million effect of acquisitions on projected 2005 sales and $34 million effect on 2004 sales. This resulted in projected organic sales growth of 6%, reflecting growth from existing business units without the impact of acquisitions.
