Witness was present during the court hearing in case # 23DV000450. At the Monterey Superior Court on February 29th, 2024. The judge didn't want to hear from any of the witnesses.

1. February 18, 2024
To whom it may concern,
I am the biological daughter of Wyman Lee. My early memories of childhood consisted of being
a spectator of my adoptive brother, Griffin Lee’s physical and verbal abuse inflicted by Wyman.
However, when I was 8 I put a mug into the sink which had fallen over making a loud sound.
Wyman got up from his desk and began screaming at me not to throw dishes in the sink. I
attempted to explain what happened, but he started charging at me. I tried to run away, but
Wyman cornered me between the front door and wall. He faced me towards the wall and hit my
upper back repeatedly causing the air to knock out of me. I could not breathe or cry for help. I
truly thought I was going to die.
From the age of 7 Wyman started putting surveillance cameras near the front door to our home.
As the years progressed these cameras made their way into every nook and corner of our home.
They were outside on the porch, in the trees, in the dining room, the kitchen, the hallways, and
our rooms. Every security camera has a microphone built in that Wyman can hear everything
through. These were put up against our consent. Me and my mother, Victoria Lee, would
sometimes take the ones we could reach/see down or cover them but they would always be put
back up or hidden in a different area of the house. Wyman also put up motion sensors by the
front door and in the hallways that would send a notification to his cellular device.
When I was 13 Wyman had mirrored Griffin’s phone and showed me Griffin’s private text
messages and nude photographs of himself. After seeing that I made a conscious effort to watch

2. what I text my friends because at this point I knew I had no form of privacy. When I was 17 I
found myself waking up completely nude with my clothes folded neatly at the end of my bed
with no memory of removing my clothes. This happened several times to the point where I
visited my local rape crisis center. I suspected it was Wyman because he was the only other
person to have a key to my bedroom door. (For context: I started locking my bedroom door every
night because Wyman told me that Griffin would undress me when I was little so Wyman gave
me a lock to my door. He and I were the only ones with the key). Another reason why I
suspected Wyman was because Griffin had no longer lived with us at that time.
I’d also like to mention that Wyman had several tracking devices on Victoria and my little
brother Benjamin. Most of the devices were Tile Mate bluetooth trackers. He also had a tracker
on the 2007 Dodge Charger that Griffin would constantly be taking off. He also had two different
tracking devices on the 2017 Dodge Charger (Victoria’s daily car). One was a hardwired live
GPS tracker and the other one was a MetroSMART ride tracker. Back in 2022 Victoria went to a
Dodge car dealer for an oil change. The mechanic saw the hardwired tracker and took it off.
Once she came back home Wyman called her and immediately started yelling at her. He said
“You better put it back on or else your car will be gone.” out of fear my mom put the tracker
back inside her car.
In regards to my visit to CA on September 28-October 1, 2023 Wyman offered to pay for my
flight. The only reason I went back was to see my boyfriend, go to a concert I had paid $400+
for, and get a few of my things from the Salinas house. Due to the events of how we fled to MI I
had to leave with the clothes on my back and a duffle bag. I ended up leaving everything else so

3. I wanted to get some things to bring back with me to MI. I visited again in January 2024 to get
more of my items when Wyman was at work, my boyfriend accompanied me for my safety. Soon
after gathering my things Wyman called me. He yelled that what I did was wrong, that I am a
thief, and that he was going to call the cops. I explained to him that these things were bought by
myself and from my boyfriend. He told me he bought everything, that he had receipts, and that I
was stealing. He then wanted me to send him a list of everything I had taken from my room. He
would not stop arguing with me so I told him I’ll just return everything and leave it on the porch
for him. He then explained to me that nothing is allowed to leave the house and if I wanted any
of my other belongings then I’d need a sheriff to escort me. I was confused why he said nothing
was allowed to leave the house because he has been mailing Benjamin his belongings since
we’ve been gone. I was hoping to retrieve my pets that I adopted with my own money and
Benjamin’s emotional support dog, but seeing that he will not let me have anything I am not sure
how to get them back.
