What is FIRO-B?
FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation Behavior) which was developed by William Schutz created in the late 1950s.
Schutz developed the FIRO-B theory to aid in the understanding and predicting of how high-performance military teams would work together.
The FIRO-B instrument measures behaviors driven by interpersonal needs in three areas—Inclusion, Control, and Affection—and addresses how such behaviors can affect one’s interactions with others
The FIRO-B is intended to assist individuals and organizations in understanding interpersonal needs and their impact on interpersonal functioning.
FIRO-B provides awareness of interpersonal preferences in three areas,
1.Inclusion
2.Control
3.Affection

Although impossible to cover all development work, it summarises the main development stages of both the Urban Strategy and Building proposal with the aim to clarify decisions made and my inspirations and thought processes.

A detailed presentation on the broad technological components that were implemented throughout the design process of Holbeck Construction College and Community Centre. The work covers a broad variety of topics, ranging from Contextual Analysis and Construction and Sustainability Issues, to Professional Practice and Structural composition and Detail.
A profound and systematic proposal to strive for an interview chance from either "Big Boys Club", "Today's VIP" or "The New Cultural Horizon" programme at TVB Channel: You will understand the whole picture of how I operate my Kwai Hing studio and actively engage in "Sai Kung Art And About" art fairs. My source of income is lifeguard duties in major, but I still have chances to deal with the commissioned portrait projects to earn a bit extra rewards.
