Online Recruitment and Hiring System
[Author Name]
American Public University System
Network Infrastructure
The online recruitment and hiring system requires software that
will act as an extension of the daily activities that happens in
the human resource department. The business will operate at a
rented traditional office space. All works pertaining recruitment
and hiring will be onsite. The hiring and recruitment process
will start from a website that will be created. The HRM
department will select qualified individuals from a diverse pool
and add them to the recruiting database where names will be
stored and retrieved the hiring department. The infrastructure
will also consists of job posting board where the hiring
managers will post the open jobs and advertise them through the
website and other available channels (Deutsch, 2021). Further,
the network will have an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that
will be built into the software (Deutsch, 2021). The role of the
applicant tracking system will be analyzing the information the
requisite skills, identifying the right backgrounds and
implementing interviews with the selected candidates. Lastly,
the network will have recruitment Candidate Relationship
Management (CRM) to facilitate the management of staffing
and recruitment (Deutsch, 2021).
Information System Needs
One of the needs of the online recruitment and hiring system is
the operating system. It will access the internet via Firefox
browser and use Windows 7 Operating System (OS). Adobe
Flash Player will also be required on the system (Recruitment
system technical requirements, n.d). The vendors will provide
maximum security to protect the clients’ information from
cyber-attacks. The system also requires access Control.
Therefore, there will be authentication process for all
individuals accessing the recruitment and hiring system. The
system will only require biometric data for authentication.

Student Responses
Thomas;
Hi Thomas, your discussion on information infrastructure
is detailed. As you discuss, information infrastructure is at the
core of every technology in businesses. You mention that
information can either be stored within the organization’s
internal systems or outside by a third party. I would add that
your organization should weigh the benefits of storing its data
against using a third party before deciding where to store
information (Feliu, n.d). Expert advice will be crucial in making
such decisions. The focus of your business is on advertisement,
scheduling appointments, virtual walkthroughs, collecting
payments, ordering supplies, and thus, your organization must
select the best internet browsers and authentication process.

Nelson:
Nelson, your discussion is in-depth and provides insightful
information about the infrastructure. As per your arrangement,
your business will have a rented office with some staff and a
small network that will undertake daily operations (What is data
management and why it is vital, n.d). Your roles will include
configuring, managing and monitoring all systems within the
network. Also, you discussion provides a candid description of
the operating system, VoIP calls, Video calls, recording and
other platforms. Your company will also have the privilege to
perform administrative roles of the servers which will mean that
you will have to ensure that the servers are secure (What is data
management and why it is vital, n.d). I would add that there
should be distinct roles at your organization so that all other
parties understand their responsibilities. Consequently, running
the system will be much easier.

Abstract
Technology is advancing at unprecedented rates. Many
organizations are implementing technology solutions to make
businesses effective, reduce operational costs and make more
profits. As part of taking advantage of the increasing
technology, I aim at starting a business that conducts online
hiring and recruitment for organizations in defense. There are
many reasons for developing an online recruitment and hiring
platform. First, compared to the manual system, it is fast and
efficient. Therefore, the business will assist various
organizations in getting the right talent on time. Secondly, the
manual hiring system requires many employees to materialize
and a lot of money paid to the workers in exchange for their
services. Subsequently, companies offering manual recruitment
and hiring services have low profits. The paper broadly
discusses how the online system works, different stakeholders'
roles, and describes its culture. At full implementation, the
business will source the best talent
Online Recruitment and Hiring System.
I intend to create online applicant recruitment and hiring
system. Technology advancement creates an opportunity for
human resource personnel to streamline processes undertaken in
the human resource department. The business will enable the
Hiring Manager (HM) to access employees through online
portals rather than manually. Under the new design, the
business managers will work with other agencies in the defense
sector. The agencies will communicate the vacancies at their
workplace to the manager. Afterward, the executive manager at
the newly formed business will pass the information on current
vacancies to the hiring manager, the human resource manager.
The hiring manager will then draft the requirements applicants
to need to meet before being selected for interviews.
Essentially, the new business will link the defense agencies to
employees. After drafting the requisite qualifications, the
human resource manager will be submitting them to recruiters
through an automated online system. The recruiters will also be
required to verify the information before making the final step
to advertise the business. If the qualifications designed by the
HM are correct, the recruiter will post it on the online platform
where everyone can access the information. After posting, the
potential applicants will respond with their CVs and other
requirements through the same platform.
Many reasons have led to the impetus of creating the new
business. I once worked in a hiring department that utilized a
manual system to recruit and hire employees. The manual
system opened my eyes to the problems HMs faced in
recruitment and hiring. First, they had to work on voluminous
CVs and other credentials papers when recruiting employees.
Also, they had to take a lot of time to identify the right people
for the job vacancies requested by their clients (Helios HR,
2014). With time, the business became ineffective, and they lost
many clients. The top executives employed many employees to
work quickly on their clients’ requests for new employees to
restore their reputation. However, the plan failed after one year
because, while the business met the clients’ targets, it became
unsustainable due to high operational costs (Helios HR, 2014).
Most of the profits were used to pay employees. Out of these
experiences, I feel persuaded to develop online applicant
recruitment and hiring system. It is a fast, effective, and
sustainable method of getting the right employees to work for
different agencies in the defense sector (Lopez-Nichols, 2019).
Overview and Structure of the Business
Legal Structure of the Business
Ideally, business structure describes the legal structure of the
organization that influences the day-to-day operations of the
business. The business of online recruitment that is to take
advantage of the proposed online recruitment and hiring system
is based on corporation that is to be incorporated based on the
provided legal guidelines. Understandably, corporation is a
form of business structure that gives the entity a separate legal
entity from its owner.
Organizational Structure
The business under consideration that is for Online Recruitment
and hiring has a hierarchical structure kind of leadership,
whereby there is the CEO at the top-level management, then in
the middle level there are leaders involved in strategi c
leadership and administration of company operations. Such
leaders in the middle level include HR manager, Finance
manager, IT manager, and Marketing manager. Middle-level
management is responsible in executing the plans which
complies with the policies of the company.
Your Company’s Infrastructure and Information Systems Needs
Network Infrastructure
Network infrastructure refers to all resources of a network that
make a complete network, which include internet connectivity,
management, communication, and business operations. The
proposed network infrastructure to support the company is
based on implementation of redundant network infrastructure to
occupy the three floors of the organization. The network
infrastructure will comprise of configuring network devices
such as routers, switches, firewalls, and IDS to ensure setting
up of a secure network connection for the organization. The
proposed network infrastructure is also to help in setting up a
local backup server to be backing up the data processed by
Online Recruitment and Hiring System as a way of disaster
recovery. Additionally, this network infrastructure is also to
help in sharing of information within and outside the
organization.
Information System Needs
Ideally, the proposed information systems relating to online
recruitment and hiring system is meant to solve the needs of the
organization and its esteemed customers. According to
Markgraph (2019), in gaining maximum benefits from an
organization information system, you must exploit all the
capabilities offered. Additionally, information systems gain
their relevance through data processing from the organization’s
inputs, with the aim of generating information that is useful for
managing your operations. Therefore, the information system
needs for the organization under consideration are well catered
for since the proposed information system is to solve a lot of
problems that are experienced via manual way of recruiting
employees.
Your Company’s Management of Data and Knowledge
Knowledge Management
Undoubtedly, knowledge management is the process of
information management for the organization with the aim of
improving and growing business performance. Moreover, at the
organizational level knowledge management is applicable in
organizing resources in developing and promoting technologies
and improving business effectiveness through the improvement
of knowledge base. For the knowledge management, the
organization intends to develop a knowledge management
system that would be critical in storing and retrieving
knowledge to improve understanding, collaboration, and process
alignment. Online Recruitment and Hiring System will be
developed to be applied a center of organization knowledge
base for users and clients.
Data Management
The concept of data mining is important for the organization to
succeed. The concept of data mining is an approach of finding
anomalies, relationships, and patterns with large data set to
predict outcomes. Ideally, the organization under consideration
intends to set up a virtual private server, which is to have a
large database for the storage purposes. Nevertheless, the
organization will use its proposed system to mine the relevant
customers data to improve in terms of sales and generating
other important data that the organizatio n would want to reach
wider customer
[
Your Company’s Use of the Internet
Internet Infrastructure
For the efficiency and better performance, the organization
needs to implement a fast speed internet that would be installed
to ensure all operations are done accordingly and without
incontinences. Also, such internet infrastructure would be
helpful in ensuring access of remote resources i.e., virtual
private serve for the organization, as well as local backing up of
data belonging to the organization from the live server to
remote server.
Internet Service Provider (ISP)
ISP is an organization that provides numerous services for
accessing internet. For the case of the organization under
consideration, two service providers will be engaged to ensure
availability of internet in case one is down, the other internet
will be available. The two ISPs in this case will include
Mediacom Internet and Verizon Internet who offer reliable
internet connection globally.
Your Company’s IT Planning and Analysis Processes
IT Planning and Analysis Processes
Ideally, building a new information system is one of the
paramount aspects of organizational change. Online
Recruitment and Hiring organization are intending to take a
wider market share of the organization. In ensuring that the
organization has succeeded in the current if must have ideal and
effective marketing strategy which will lead to success in its
five-year strategic plan (Maleka, 2014). Undeniably, the
guiding principles in IT and Analysis Processes are based on
strategic management processes geared towards bring
transformation in the orgamization
In summary, the goal of this paper was to discuss the business
structure of the organization intending to develop an online
recruitment and hiring system as part of automation of its
business processes. Notably, for an organization to gain its
competitive advantage, it must align its goals with IT by
developing the strategic plans revolving the use of information
systems and knowledge management decisions in retrieving,
processing and storage of the organization data. In this
assignment, several aspects of the business structure that are
geared towards improvement of its business processes have been
discussed vividly, which include legal structure, organization
structure, network infrastructure, among others

Term Paper Outline Instructions
Overview:
You will download the Term Paper Template from the Term
Paper folder under Course Materials. During week 2, you will
edit and customize the template to create your Term Paper
Outline. You will then continue to edit this file every week,
adding additional content to it as directed in the instructions for
your weekly discussion board assignment. The new content that
you add each week will be posted to the discussion board for
review. You will also upload this file to TurnItIn.com every
week for originality checking of the new content that you have
posted on the discussion board.
General Instructions for working with the Term Paper Template:
1. All words in brackets [ ] will eventually be deleted and
replaced with your own words. Make sure you delete the
brackets, too.
2. The major section headings (which are all centered) should
not be altered. These will be the same in everyone’s term
paper. However, you will customize the sub-headings according
to your own content.
Specific Instructions for the Term Paper Outline (Week 2
Assignment):
1. Customize the title page for your own paper. This includes
editing the “Running Head” in the page header, the title of your
paper, and your name.
2. For each major section of the paper, you need to customize
the sub-headings. You may add additional sub-headings, as
needed, but each section must have a minimum of three sub-
headings. Be sure to be descriptive in your sub-heading names,
so that I know what content you intend to cover in each sub-
heading.
3. Add 1-3 sentences after each sub-heading, describing the
specific content that you plan to cover in that section of your
term paper.
4. Write a 150-250 word abstract for your term paper (on p. 2 of
the Term Paper Template). Once you have completed the above
steps, you should have sufficient information on what you
intend to cover in your paper to write your abstract.
5. Write the introductory paragraphs of your term paper (on p. 3
of the Term Paper Template) underneath the title of your paper.
The introductory paragraphs should be at least one page long.
These paragraphs should provide the reader with an overview of
the business you are creating, including your rationale and
reasons for starting up that business.
6. Copy your abstract, and your introductory paragraphs, to the
discussion board for your instructor and peers to review. This
will constitute your weekly discussion board assignment for
week 2.
7. Upload your Term Paper Template through the Assignment
section of the classroom using the Term Paper Outline l ink.
Tips Regarding the Content of Each Section of the Term Paper:
1. Overview and Structure of the Business – What is the mission
of your organization? How is your organization structured?
What are the job roles and responsibilities of the different
parts/units or your organization and the different employees of
your organization? How do the roles and responsibilities of
each unit and/or employee fit together into the mission of your
organization? Are there different levels of employees, such as
managers and lower level workers who will have different
information technology needs? I am looking for a big picture
view of your organization in this section. Later in your term
paper, you will discuss the information technology of your
proposed business in more detail. But here I am just trying to
get a big picture of your organization itself and how everybody
fits together to fulfill the mission of the organization. The
organizational overview section should describe the structure of
the business that you are proposing, focusing on the different
levels of employees in the organization (upper management,
middle management, operational management, and lower level
employees, such as production and service workers, and data
workers) and their IT needs (chapter 1). Other topics to cover in
this section could include a description of the main business
processes in your business and the types of information systems
and enterprise applications you will need to efficiently run the
various business processes (chapter 2), and an analysis of your
business against Porter's competitive forces model, along with a
recommendation for an appropriate strategy for your
organization to gain a competitive advantage (chapter 3).]
2. Your Company’s Infrastructure and Information Systems
Needs – Topics to cover in this section include your plan for
your company’s IT infrastructure (chapter 5), use of
telecommunications, networking and wireless technologies
(chapter 7), use of functional information systems, such as
production and operations, marketing and sales, accounting and
finance, and human resource information systems (chapter 2),
use of enterprise applications for supply chain management and
customer relationship management (chapter 9), and an analysis
of your company’s internal operations against Porter's value
chain model, with a recommendation for how IT can be used in
your organization's value chain to increase your organization's
efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness (chapter 3)
3. Your Company’s Management of Data and Knowledge –
Topics to cover in this section include your organization’s
current use of data management systems (chapter 6), problems
and difficulties faced by your organization in regards to data
management (chapter 6), your organization’s procedures for
collecting, storing, managing, and updating data (chapter 6),
and types of knowledge management systems currently used by
your organization (chapter 11)
4. Your Company’s Use of the Internet – Topics to cover in this
section include how your organization is affected by the digital
economy and what issues they need to consider in regards to
doing business in the digital economy (chapter 1), current
messaging and collaboration software and Web 2.0 technologies
in use by your organization (chapter 10), and your company’s
use of e-commerce technologies (chapter 10)
5. Your Company’s IT Planning and Analysis Processes -
Topics to cover in this section include your organization’s IT
strategy and planning process (chapter 13 and 14), your
organization’s use of management decision support and
intelligent systems (chapter 12), and your organization’s IT
security policy, acceptable use policy, business continuity plan,
and disaster recovery plan (chapter 8). Be sure to also take
ethical and social issues into consideration in relation to IT
planning (chapter 4)
6. Conclusion - In this section, you should summarize the key
points you have made in your paper and bring your paper to a
close. You may also want to mention any challenges you
anticipate facing in implementing the plan you have laid out in
this paper, as well as what steps you plan to take to overcome
them.

Online Recruitment and Hiring System
[Author Name]
American Public University System
Knowledge Management
The online recruitment and hiring system database shall be
centralized in knowledge management. Employees at the rented
office space will have access to the database. The workers will
constantly update the database. The updates will include posting
new jobs, removing candidates who get jobs from candidate
lists, and the number of new vacancies. The type of information
accessed on the database will be limited based on one's status in
the business. For instance, the employees at the firm will access
almost every piece of information. However, the applicants will
only access information about the existing vacancies, the
companies, and the qualifications.
Similarly, client companies will only access information on the
recruitment status. The data by the company will be utilized to
improve the services offered to the client companies in the
defense department or bolster the recruitment process. The
business will employ a data security administrator to ensure
proper data management at the company. At every point, the
system will require individuals to provide authentication
information.
Data Management
Database Managers will manage data at the business. The
manager will be responsible for setting procedures and policies
to ensure no authorized access (Oracle, n.d). These policies will
efficiently use the available data, promoting data integrity and
confidentiality (Oracle, n.d). The manager will also decide
members who can access different information within the
central database at the offices for confidentiality purposes.
Lastly, the managers will constantly communicate with security
administrators to improve the recruitment and hiring database
security. Disciplinary actions will be initiated against
employees who breach the data protocols at the organization.
Your Company's Use of the Internet
Internet Infrastructure:
The recruitment and hiring system will rely on the internet as an
online platform. The business will establish a website that
clients from across the United States can access. The clients and
applicants will log to the website using different prompts. All
job vacancies and qualifications will be posted on the website.
Besides the website, the business will also use social media
applications such as Facebook and Twitter for internal
advertisements and announcements.
Internet Service Providers:
The business will source Mediacom and Verizon Internet
Service Providers (ISP) (Papandrea & Tuohy, 2021). The two
internet providers are global and provide the internet at
reasonable rates.

Student Responses
Francis;
Your discussion is detailed and informative, Francis. Your
description of knowledge and data management is
comprehensive. Having a centralized database for your business
organization will boost the entire system's security. Part of your
plan ensures multiple access while also limiting what users can
see and how they can see. Also, such arrangements will
safeguard the central database from unauthorized access. Your
explanation of computers and other hardware is also accurate
through their role in the business is unclear. Also, while social
media platforms are crucial in marketing, you have not
explained in depth how Facebook and Twitter, among other
applications, shall be utilized in your business (Kreutzer, 2016).
Overall, you have done incredible work; keep it up.

Akai;
Akai, your discussion on knowledge and data management for
your business organization is informative. Going by your plan,
you will give employees full access to the database to enhance
the services offered to the customers. On the other hand,
customers will also have access to the database to input their
data into the system. With increasing cyber-attack threats, I
would add that you initiate robust data management policies and
procedures to boost data safety (Oracle, n.d). Further, you opine
that the business will use phone calls and emails to access
customers and help them access the company. I, however, think
that placing such information and setting up help prompts on
your websites will be more viable. Thank you for your
discussion.

1Online Recruitment and Hiring System [Author Name]

  • 1. 1 Online Recruitment and Hiring System [Author Name] American Public University System Network Infrastructure The online recruitment and hiring system requires software that will act as an extension of the daily activities that happens in the human resource department. The business will operate at a rented traditional office space. All works pertaining recruitment and hiring will be onsite. The hiring and recruitment process will start from a website that will be created. The HRM department will select qualified individuals from a diverse pool and add them to the recruiting database where names will be
  • 2. stored and retrieved the hiring department. The infrastructure will also consists of job posting board where the hiring managers will post the open jobs and advertise them through the website and other available channels (Deutsch, 2021). Further, the network will have an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that will be built into the software (Deutsch, 2021). The role of the applicant tracking system will be analyzing the information the requisite skills, identifying the right backgrounds and implementing interviews with the selected candidates. Lastly, the network will have recruitment Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) to facilitate the management of staffing and recruitment (Deutsch, 2021). Information System Needs One of the needs of the online recruitment and hiring system is the operating system. It will access the internet via Firefox browser and use Windows 7 Operating System (OS). Adobe Flash Player will also be required on the system (Recruitment system technical requirements, n.d). The vendors will provide maximum security to protect the clients’ information from cyber-attacks. The system also requires access Control. Therefore, there will be authentication process for all individuals accessing the recruitment and hiring system. The system will only require biometric data for authentication. References Deutsch, M. • 3. Student Responses Thomas; Hi Thomas, your discussion on information infrastructure is detailed. As you discuss, information infrastructure is at the core of every technology in businesses. You mention that information can either be stored within the organization’s internal systems or outside by a third party. I would add that your organization should weigh the benefits of storing its data against using a third party before deciding where to store information (Feliu, n.d). Expert advice will be crucial in making such decisions. The focus of your business is on advertisement, scheduling appointments, virtual walkthroughs, collecting payments, ordering supplies, and thus, your organization must select the best internet browsers and authentication process. • 4. Nelson: Nelson, your discussion is in-depth and provides insightful information about the infrastructure. As per your arrangement, your business will have a rented office with some staff and a small network that will undertake daily operations (What is data management and why it is vital, n.d). Your roles will include configuring, managing and monitoring all systems within the network. Also, you discussion provides a candid description of the operating system, VoIP calls, Video calls, recording and other platforms. Your company will also have the privilege to perform administrative roles of the servers which will mean that you will have to ensure that the servers are secure (What is data management and why it is vital, n.d). I would add that there should be distinct roles at your organization so that all other parties understand their responsibilities. Consequently, running the system will be much easier. • 6. 1 Online Recruitment and Hiring System [Author Name] American Public University System Running Head: ONLINE RECRUITMENT AND HIRING SYSTEM 1 ONLINE RECRUITMENT AND HIRING SYSTEM 2
  • 7. Online Recruitment and Hiring System [Author Name] American Public University System Abstract Technology is advancing at unprecedented rates. Many organizations are implementing technology solutions to make businesses effective, reduce operational costs and make more profits. As part of taking advantage of the increasing technology, I aim at starting a business that conducts online hiring and recruitment for organizations in defense. There are many reasons for developing an online recruitment and hiring platform. First, compared to the manual system, it is fast and efficient. Therefore, the business will assist various organizations in getting the right talent on time. Secondly, the manual hiring system requires many employees to materialize and a lot of money paid to the workers in exchange for their services. Subsequently, companies offering manual recruitment and hiring services have low profits. The paper broadly discusses how the online system works, different stakeholders' roles, and describes its culture. At full implementation, the business will source the best talent Online Recruitment and Hiring System. I intend to create online applicant recruitment and hiring system. Technology advancement creates an opportunity for human resource personnel to streamline processes undertaken in the human resource department. The business will enable the Hiring Manager (HM) to access employees through online portals rather than manually. Under the new design, the business managers will work with other agencies in the defense sector. The agencies will communicate the vacancies at their
  • 8. workplace to the manager. Afterward, the executive manager at the newly formed business will pass the information on current vacancies to the hiring manager, the human resource manager. The hiring manager will then draft the requirements applicants to need to meet before being selected for interviews. Essentially, the new business will link the defense agencies to employees. After drafting the requisite qualifications, the human resource manager will be submitting them to recruiters through an automated online system. The recruiters will also be required to verify the information before making the final step to advertise the business. If the qualifications designed by the HM are correct, the recruiter will post it on the online platform where everyone can access the information. After posting, the potential applicants will respond with their CVs and other requirements through the same platform. Many reasons have led to the impetus of creating the new business. I once worked in a hiring department that utilized a manual system to recruit and hire employees. The manual system opened my eyes to the problems HMs faced in recruitment and hiring. First, they had to work on voluminous CVs and other credentials papers when recruiting employees. Also, they had to take a lot of time to identify the right people for the job vacancies requested by their clients (Helios HR, 2014). With time, the business became ineffective, and they lost many clients. The top executives employed many employees to work quickly on their clients’ requests for new employees to restore their reputation. However, the plan failed after one year because, while the business met the clients’ targets, it became unsustainable due to high operational costs (Helios HR, 2014). Most of the profits were used to pay employees. Out of these experiences, I feel persuaded to develop online applicant recruitment and hiring system. It is a fast, effective, and sustainable method of getting the right employees to work for different agencies in the defense sector (Lopez-Nichols, 2019). • 14. General Instructions for working with the Term Paper Template: 1. All words in brackets [ ] will eventually be deleted and replaced with your own words. Make sure you delete the brackets, too. 2. The major section headings (which are all centered) should not be altered. These will be the same in everyone’s term paper. However, you will customize the sub-headings according to your own content. Specific Instructions for the Term Paper Outline (Week 2 Assignment): 1. Customize the title page for your own paper. This includes editing the “Running Head” in the page header, the title of your paper, and your name. 2. For each major section of the paper, you need to customize the sub-headings. You may add additional sub-headings, as needed, but each section must have a minimum of three sub- headings. Be sure to be descriptive in your sub-heading names, so that I know what content you intend to cover in each sub- heading. 3. Add 1-3 sentences after each sub-heading, describing the specific content that you plan to cover in that section of your term paper. 4. Write a 150-250 word abstract for your term paper (on p. 2 of the Term Paper Template). Once you have completed the above steps, you should have sufficient information on what you intend to cover in your paper to write your abstract. 5. Write the introductory paragraphs of your term paper (on p. 3 of the Term Paper Template) underneath the title of your paper. The introductory paragraphs should be at least one page long. These paragraphs should provide the reader with an overview of the business you are creating, including your rationale and reasons for starting up that business. 6. Copy your abstract, and your introductory paragraphs, to the discussion board for your instructor and peers to review. This will constitute your weekly discussion board assignment for week 2.

Employees at the rented office space will have access to the database. The workers will constantly update the database. The updates will include posting new jobs, removing candidates who get jobs from candidate lists, and the number of new vacancies. The type of information accessed on the database will be limited based on one's status in the business. For instance, the employees at the firm will access almost every piece of information. However, the applicants will only access information about the existing vacancies, the companies, and the qualifications. Similarly, client companies will only access information on the recruitment status. The data by the company will be utilized to improve the services offered to the client companies in the defense department or bolster the recruitment process. The business will employ a data security administrator to ensure proper data management at the company. At every point, the system will require individuals to provide authentication information. Data Management Database Managers will manage data at the business. The manager will be responsible for setting procedures and policies to ensure no authorized access (Oracle, n.d). These policies will efficiently use the available data, promoting data integrity and confidentiality (Oracle, n.d). The manager will also decide

Lastly, the managers will constantly communicate with security administrators to improve the recruitment and hiring database security. Disciplinary actions will be initiated against employees who breach the data protocols at the organization. Your Company's Use of the Internet Internet Infrastructure: The recruitment and hiring system will rely on the internet as an online platform. The business will establish a website that clients from across the United States can access. The clients and applicants will log to the website using different prompts. All job vacancies and qualifications will be posted on the website. Besides the website, the business will also use social media applications such as Facebook and Twitter for internal advertisements and announcements. • 19. Your discussion is detailed and informative, Francis. Your description of knowledge and data management is comprehensive. Having a centralized database for your business organization will boost the entire system's security. Part of your plan ensures multiple access while also limiting what users can see and how they can see. Also, such arrangements will safeguard the central database from unauthorized access. Your explanation of computers and other hardware is also accurate through their role in the business is unclear. Also, while social media platforms are crucial in marketing, you have not explained in depth how Facebook and Twitter, among other applications, shall be utilized in your business (Kreutzer, 2016). Overall, you have done incredible work; keep it up. Reference Kreutzer, R. T. (2016). Online-marketing. Going by your plan, you will give employees full access to the database to enhance the services offered to the customers. On the other hand, customers will also have access to the database to input their data into the system. With increasing cyber-attack threats, I would add that you initiate robust data management policies and procedures to boost data safety (Oracle, n.d). Further, you opine that the business will use phone calls and emails to access customers and help them access the company.
