• EX11 dropcut from south, opening new access for EX12
• EX20 assisting with EX11 waste, hauling north.

Mine Plan
● Mining
– Tight digging areas, numerous dropcuts, and 2 diggers uncovering
coal may reduce rates .
– Interactions between drilling and excavating – very tight schedule
– EX12 on critical path for at-risk November coal.
● Drill performance
– Drilling at full capacity through the end of the year. Any delay in
drilling will directly affect coal uncovery.
● Trucking
– All excavators (including EX20) are planned to mine at full rate.
– Trucking and haul distances will become critical
● Operational
– Personnel issues may cause delays for operating machines
– High pressure on Maintenance to keep equipment running
