A cashflow shows how much money is expected to come in and out of your
business. It brings together all the work you have done in your plan. You
must complete the forecast realistically. Make sure you take account of
changes over the year, such as higher electricity bills in the winter (for
heating) or summer (for cooling). There will be a gap between delivering
your product and service, and getting paid for it.
