some who are working over the holidays. Please
be ready to spend some time grading when you

final grades from 12/24 end dates when they
  return on 12/31.
• Course message: Stay tuned for information
about a standard message to post in your

this designated deadline will be processed between 12/31/12 and 1/3/12 for
payment on January 4th. Since this timecard will be submitted two days prior to the
end of the official work week, please make every effort to balance your total

Escalation Process

• Please see the revised Escalation Process
notes. I’m also attaching the Action Plan
  Matrix (not revised).
Need help?
• The K12 Service Desk is equipped to handle a
good volume of phone calls for our employees.
• They have found resolution times to be much
faster via phone (855-K12-HELP) than by email,
due to the reduction in the amount of back and
forth needed via phone compared to an email
  ticket.
• Therefore, we strongly encourage employees to
call Service Desk instead of emailing. This
number is not for students or mentors!
Student Count Survey
• I apologize again for the confusion!
Hopefully we’ll all be on the same page now
and ready for the New Year.
• Please enter your student count information
each MONDAY at the link below:
