The document discusses the biblical teaching on baptism through numerous passages of scripture. It asserts that there is one baptism according to Ephesians 4:4-6 and explores what it means to be baptized into Christ through passages like Romans 6:3-6 and 1 Corinthians 12:13. It examines themes of being in Christ, forgiveness of sins, born again, new creation, and the resurrection of Jesus through baptism. The document presents baptism as making one a child of God and that believers will be like Christ when he appears.
There are 7 very important things that happen in the waters of baptism, according to the Bible. Some churches call it "an outward sign of an inward experience", but do they really know just how rich that inward experience is? For believers in Jesus Christ to be baptized in water has been a common practice for thousands of years. Jesus commanded that His disciples baptize believers, and they did!

The Book Of Ephesians: Because You Are Saints, Live In The KingdomJAMES EUGENE BARBUSH
The Book Of Ephesians
Because You Are Saints, Live In The Kingdom
Paul, an apostle of Christ, speaks several excellent things in this book to the Ephesians. One of the striking things that he says is “Because of His love”.
There are several “because of” statements in this book, which led me to this “Because You Are Saints”. That means to me that “Because we are saints”, we should act in certain ways within The Kingdom of God.
Thus, “Because You Are Saints, Live In The Kingdom”. Because we are saints, things are expected from us such that we can live in the realm of The Kingdom of God, live in the realm of the supernatural.
That is a true blessing. This is only a brief statement about which there is surely an excellent message to be developed. I hope I can do that soon.
Ephesians 1:5
Because of His love
God had already decided that
through Jesus Christ
He would make us
His children—
this was His pleasure and purpose.
Presents a detailed description of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, including redemption, justification, righteousness, regeneration, reconciliation, propitiation, adoption, sanctification, glorification
Here is my attempt to explain in short fashion what the Bible has to tell us about the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, complete with my own short testimony of who God “zapped” me in as a Marine Lieutenant in Japan in 1973. God wants to fill us all again and again with His Spirit so we can be powerful and fruitful witnesses for Him here and around the world.
Pray for God to fill you again and to baptize you with His Spirit if you have never experienced that.
This is a collection of writings dealing with the joy of the Holy Spirit that comes to us when we live in obedience and walk in His way, even if it be the way of persecution.
The term Kingdom of Heaven has been used frequently in sermons and books but little is known about it. The Gospels spoke of it as a mystery. The Lord’s Prayer mentioned about asking God for His Kingdom to come. Is there a difference between Heaven and the Kingdom of Heaven?

Ephesians 1:3 says "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places..." But, what are these blessings and what does it mean?
The second baptism that God has for His children is the baptism of the Holy Spirit. This is the 5th foundation stone in this teaching series. How does God display His power in your life? Which gift of the Holy Spirit have you received?
“Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” Acts 2:37-38
“Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.” Acts 10:47-48
Here Peter was describing separate events, repentance and receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior are single transactions that once done results in the manifestation of the Holy Spirit. These are distinct separate events from the gifts of the Holy Spirit. They are separate from baptism in Jesus’ name, which is NOT required for salvation nor is baptism required in order to receive the gifts of the Spirit.
Ephesians 3:14-21 God's blessings, He settled may largest debt - sacrifice, he satisfied my deepest need - forgiveness, he provided my greatest desire - guidance, he prepared my highest longing - heaven.
Though one might be poor by the world's standards, no one is as wealthy as the person that has placed his trust in Jesus Christ. Free PowerPoint Download at http://BibleGuy.org
