This document discusses evidence-based social media and health information. It presents models and frameworks for understanding ICT (information and communication technology) readiness, usage, access, and impact on health. Health information sources and trust in various sources like social media, traditional media, and health professionals are also examined. Frameworks are presented for understanding ICT usage and impact among citizens, health professionals, health organizations, and the different roles that technologies, basic and advanced uses, services/devices, and information/communication
