Walter Carey, a homeowner and dues-paying member of Cordillera Golf Club, opposes transferring the Club's bankruptcy case from Delaware to Colorado. Carey believes the case is best handled in Delaware bankruptcy court for the benefit of all Club members, especially those in good standing. Carey also argues that an economically-driven reorganization will be more efficient in Delaware given acrimony about unfounded claims in local Colorado press. I. CAREY opposes a transfer ofthis bankruptcy case. CAREY is located in
Colorado. Tf necessary, CAREY will retain Delaware bankruptcy counsel to represent it in this
bankruptcy case. CAREY believes the matter can be best handled, for the benefit of all Club
Members, and especially dues paying Club members in good standing, if the bankruptcy case
remains pending in the Delaware bankruptcy court. Furthermore, in light of the acrimony borne
out in the Vail/Denver area concerning the many unfounded claims asseJied in the local press, an
