Walter Carey, a homeowner and dues-paying member of Cordillera Golf Club, opposes transferring the Club's bankruptcy case from Delaware to Colorado. Carey believes the case is best handled in Delaware bankruptcy court for the benefit of all Club members, especially those in good standing. Carey also argues that an economically-driven reorganization will be more efficient in Delaware given acrimony about unfounded claims in local Colorado press. Carey is located in Colorado and willing to travel to Delaware for hearings to efficiently rehabilitate the Debtor's finances.
