Editor's Notes

  • #9 Introduced to the International Drinking Rules. There are 3 rules
  • #10 Do not say any form of drink. As a noun, verb or as an adjective People became posher Using alternatives
  • #11 Rule 2: I never really point. But in a situation when rules are placed everyone becomes a rule watcher. What was the natural reaction to someone breaking a rule? Since we are in a group… you point Following by the words… “Drink!”
  • #12 Rule 3: No profanity at all. This is the hardest after a few drinks of beer. Especially when you are the one who pointed to a friend and told them to drink. Natural reaction is to swear at yourself.
  • #13 3 simple rules. Hard to follow. At first we were vigilant with it. Scared to break them. You must follow the rules. After some time the rules are not good enough. The 4th rule is you can add new rules during the session “Your glass not be too close to the edge of the table.” “Everyone is called Dave. Except for Dave. He has no name.” “You can only drink on the opposite side of the minute hand on your watch” 0-30 Right, 30 – 60 Left.
  • #14 After a few hours it became apparent. The rules were not placed to be followed. The objective was to have fun By bending the rules By creating new rules that need to be bent By breaking the rules. Once realizing this we all relaxed and enjoyed the evening.
  • #22 What rules have been placed on Media Manager Not my rules but these are a pattern I see commonly across our customers.
  • #23 Media Manager started as a Video Management System. Many customers use us solely for Videos.
  • #24 Customers have simple models. One Assets (image or video) used at a time. Unaware of power of our Distributions, Programs and Assets. I’ll go deeper into this later.
  • #25 Media Manager provides two video players. HTML5 Flash We get a lot of requests for new players Zoom 360
  • #26 3 Simple rules for Media Manager. However, these stop people from being creative. To break the first two rules you have to understand what Media Manager offers.
