Brittany provided him with a copy of my February 10, 2013 email and the matter is being investigated, the
following is information that that I believe is also relevant regarding my concerns of RETALIATORY practices:

NOTE:           From my observation it appears the Shift RAN OUT of trays to be processed.
Marisa (?sp) has been moved to BLOCKING and is sending the Trays through; however, she
appears to be SLOW/INCOMPETENT at this post as well. She was PREVIOUSLY in
WASHING; however, appeared to be SLOW and/or INCOMPETENT; therefore, was moved
to Blocking – i.e. a job it appears she REQUESTED to be moved to.

        Per 1st Shift Line Manager Jerry Smith ONLY ONE Line is to be run for the 2
Shift. However, it appears that in efforts to HIDE/SHIELD MARISA INCOMPETENCE,
Tammy has been helping her BLOCK and sending Trays through. This is being done with
them sending Trays through on BOTH/TWO Lines – i.e. I walked around to check the status
of Trays and to observe for myself out of concerns of the ATTACKS/RETALIATORY
practices being leveled against me.
        Tammy and MARISA are aware that I am keeping count of the NUMER OF
TRAYS. Observed them talking with Brian PRIOR to my going to LUNCH and them
observing me looking at the NUMBER COUNTERS.
        Upon returning FROM Lunch, I noticed that there were a LARGE number of Trays
coming through on TWO Lines – i.e. AGAINST Jerry Smith’s instructions. Daniel shared
his concerns with me WONDERING what is going on! I mentioned to Daniel to handle as
normal; however, that I have NOTICED the CHANGE as well and will address my
CONCERNS!
        I mentioned my concerns to Brian when he came around to see how things were
going. Brian advised me that Jerry Hostetler (?sp) had called at about
9:00 and told them to process. Brian mentioned that he would follow up our conversation
with an email to Jerry Hostetler noting my concerns. Figured a reasonable mind may
conclude that MANAGEMENT is involved and has FULL KNOWLEDGE of
the RETALIATORY/DISCRIMINATORY practices leveled against me. In other
words, it appears, MANAGEMENT may be GUIDING/CONTROLLING such attacks
leveled against me.
        It was clear to me that the 2nd Shift was NOT going to meet the PRODUCTION
numbers with MARISA at the “Helm of the Ship” and efforts were being made to COVER-
UP MARISA INCOMPETENCE with Tammy’s assistance; therefore, the PRE-
Processed Trays that were supposed to be for the 1st Shift were released.

their CONSPIRATORS/CO-CONSPIRATORS operating in FULL MODE.
I took the time to NOTIFY President Barack Obama
of my concerns regarding his and his Legal
Counsel’s UNLAWFUL/ILLEGAL ATTACKS

                  NOTE:      Jerry Smith held a meeting at the beginning of the 2nd Shift to let us know that
                  we had a GOOD Shift and he was pleased with our work. Mentioned that there were
                  approximately 355 Trays from yesterday that were sent through with
                  approximately TWO breaks - - GREAT JOB!
                         Brian came to me and mentioned the PROCESSED trays being left with padding. I
                  shared with Brian my CONCERNS of the LAST-MINUTE SLAMMING of Trays and the
                  SUDDEN CHANGE in procedures – i.e. “A fly in the milk and it’s beginning to
                  STINK!” Moreover, the CHANGE in procedures and the RUNNING of TWO Lines
                  AGAINST Jerry Smith’s instructions. Brian advised me that at about 9:00 last night Jerry
                  Hostetler had called and told them to RELEASE Trays that were originally to be
                  released the NEXT day on 1st Shift. A 1st Shift, as I mentioned to Brian, that has
                  approximately TWO people in EVERY section; yet-and-still they OPENED up
                  TWO Lines AGAINST procedures and expected them to be handled. Mentioned
                  this was rather SUSPICIOUS! Brian mentioned that the instructions to OPEN up the
                  SECOND Generator and RELEASE the jobs were from the BIG Guy (Jerry
                  Hostetler)

                         Noel came to me and mentioned NOT to leave padding on overnight. I mentioned to
                  Noel that there was a CHANGE in procedures and therefore, I made some
                  CHANGES and simply PROCESSED the trays so that there would NOT be
                  that many left for them to handle the next day.
                         Loretta came to me that she was told that one of the machines in my area
                  was left on; however, she did NOT believe it because she goes through and
                  CHECK and did NOT find any machines left on. Therefore, to ELIMINATE
                  FURTHER attacks in this area, I began leaving a CHECK SHEET advising
                  of PUMPS and MACHINES being turned off on BOTH sides and leaving for
                  sheet for VERIFICATION.

February 15, 2013: Eric – Branch Manager in the Florence, Kentucky ADECCO Office called me
                  and advised me NOT to go into work at CZV. That Brittany had forwarded a
                  copy of my email to him as well as concerns of my ADECCO Account being
                  HACKED! Eric advised me that there will be an investigation and he will get
                  back with me on MONDAY! In the meantime, that I WILL be PAID for
                  Friday.


So, here we are ANOTHER allege INVESTIGATION and I (Vogel Denise Newsome) is NOT working.

      It appears that the OBJECT of such RACIST/DISCRIMINATORY/RETALIATORY
attacks have TIME-AND-TIME again PROVEN that the OBJECT of such
UNLAWFUL/ILLEGAL attacks are to see that Vogel Denise Newsome does NOT work, eat,
sleep, pay her bills, is BLACKBALLED/BLACKLISTED, etc. Not only that, that such
UNLAWFUL/ILLEGAL practices are so SUBTLE that the CRIMINAL remain HIDDEN.
However, in Vogel Denise Newsome’s case she has been BLESSED to KNOW WHO the
CULPRITS are and provide this information the PUBLIC/WORLD.

      It is a WELL-KNOWN FACT, that such RACIST/DISCRIMINATORY practices are LEVELED
AGAINST AFRICAN-Americans (i.e. such as Vogel Denise Newsome) and/or People-Of-Color.                               OVER
20 YEARS, Newsome has IN GOOD-FAITH moved on from job-to-job;
nevertheless, has to ENDURE such UNLAWFUL/ILLEGAL practices and in
FACT has followed LEGAL/LAWFUL procedures just to have these avenues
OBSTRUCTED by the likes of United States of America’s President Barack

        From Newsome’s observation, while she is STILL AWATING JUSTICE through LEGAL Channels
designed to handle such matters; however, HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED by the likes of Baker

DISCRMINATORY Attacks on the AFRICAN-American/BLACK-American MALE
appears to be taking DIFFERENT TURNS – i.e. rather than WAIT on a RACIST LEGAL SYSTEM, they are
taking the LAWS INTO THEIR OWN HANDS and rendering JUSTICE on such CRIMINALS because the
