คิดอย่างไรบ้าง กับลิขิตชีวิต...บอกกันบ้างนะคะ

1. India teaches us about อินเดียได้สอนเราถึง “ The Four Principles of Spirituality ” “ ลิขิตสี่ประการ”

2. The First Principle states: ลิขิตข้อแรกตราไว้ว่า “ Whomsoever you encounter is the right one” “ ไม่มีใครที่ก้าวเข้ามาในชีวิตเราโดยบังเอิญ This means that no one comes into our life by chance. Everyone who is around us, anyone with whom we interact, represents something, whether to teach us something or to help us improve a current situation. นี่เป็นการยืนยันว่า บรรดาผู้คนที่เข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องสัมพันธ์กับเราในจังหวะชีวิตต่างๆนั้น ทุกคนล้วนเข้ามาเพื่อให้เราได้เรียนรู้บทเรียนใด หรือช่วยให้เราแก้สถานการณ์ใด ในขณะหนึ่งขณะใดทั้งสิ้น

3. The Second Principle states: ลิขิตข้อที่สองตามมาว่า “ Whatever happened is the only thing that could have happened” “ ทุกสิ่งที่เกิดกับเรา ล้วนต้องเกิดเป็นเช่นนั้น” Nothing, absolutely nothing of that which we experienced could have been any other way. Not even in the least important detail. There is no “If only I had done that differently…, then it would have been different…”. No. What happened is the only thing that could have taken place and must have taken place for us to learn our lesson in order to move forward. Every single situation in life which we encounter is absolutely perfect, even when it defies our understanding and our ego. ทุกสิ่งที่เกิดกับเรานั้นไม่อาจเป็นอื่นไปได้ เป็นความหลงผิดยิ่งที่ไปคิดว่า” ชีวิตเราไม่น่าจะเป็นอย่างนี้ ถ้าในอดีตเราได้ทำอย่างนั้น ” เพราะเป็นเรื่องที่ต้องเกิด กับเราแน่นอนในทุกรายละเอียดเลยทีเดียว เรามีหน้าที่ ต้องเรียนรู้ในสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นและก้าวไปข้างหน้า แม้ว่ามันจะฝืนกับความเข้าใจหรืออัตตาของเรา สักปานใดก็ตาม

4. The Third Principle states: ลิขิตที่สามมีว่า “ Each moment in which something begins is the right moment” “ ทุกอย่างจะเกิดขึ้นเมื่อได้เวลาแล้วเท่านั้น” Everything begins at exactly the right moment, neither earlier nor later. When we are ready for it, for that something new in our life, it is there, ready to begin. ทุกสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นจะมาตามเวลาเสมอ ไม่มีช้าไปหรือเร็วไป มันจะมาถึงเมื่อเราพร้อม พร้อมต่อสิ่งใหม่ ในชีวิตที่รอเราอยู่ก่อนแล้ว

5. This is the Fourth Principle, the final one: ลิขิตที่สี่จบไว้ว่า “ What is over, is over” “ ชีวิตไม่มียืดเยื้ออะไรจบแล้วก็จบเลย” It is that simple. When something in our life ends, it helps our evolution. That is why, enriched by the recent experience, it is better to let go and move on. เป็นคำสอนง่ายๆว่า เมื่อสิ่งใดในชีวิตเราจบลงแล้ว ก็จะช่วยให้เราพัฒนาขึ้น ดังนั้นเมื่อมีประสบการณ์เพิ่มขึ้น เราก็ต้องปล่อยให้บทเรียนนี้ผ่านไป แล้วก้าวเดินต่อไปข้างหน้าอีก เป็นเช่นนี้ตลอดไป

6. I think it is no coincidence that you’re here reading this. If these words strike a chord, it’s because you meet the requirements and understand that not one single snowflake falls accidentally in the wrong place! ท่านที่นับถือ แม้กระทั่งการที่คุณได้มีโอกาสอ่านลิขิตทั้งสี่ในวันนี้ ผมก็เชื่อว่าไม่ใช่เรื่องบังเอิญ ถ้าอ่านแล้วช่วยให้คุณได้คิดอะไรบ้าง ก็แสดงว่าคุณพร้อมแล้วที่จะเข้าถึงสัจจะธรรมว่า “ โลกนี้ไม่มีลูกบอลหิมะลูกใดที่ไหลเลื่อนลงมาโดยผิดที่และผิดเวลาเลย ”

7. Be good to yourself. Love with your whole being. Always be happy. ขอจงดีต่อตัวเอง โปรดเมตตากรุณาต่อทุกสรรพสิ่ง ขอจงเป็นสุข เป็นสุขเถิด
