3. Diesel often conjures up images of leather, lacing,
zips and denim, and for 2016 spring/summer the
brand is definitely delivering what it’s known for.
Although predictable amid its palette of blacks,
whites and slick leather, a portrait of a young
urbanite emerges. Andreas Melbostad’s collection
highlighted the young man in search for a little bit of
edge and toughness, and while many pieces will be
reserved for the most sartorially daring of men,
there are still gems that will find its place in many
wardrobes. Boxy outerwear juxtaposed against the
tightest of pants makes for a new silhouette that’s
surely welcome on the streets.
