Identify a problem: Properly identifying a problem is the first step to solving a problem. It’s important to properly measure the problem, and take it into account all of the parties or areas that are affected by a problem.Look at all possible solutions: Looking at all the scenarios, and trying to predict a logical course of action will help a manager decide what to do to solve a problem. Planning the path to success will help reach your goals for solving a problem.Choose a solution: This is the point of no return. Once you start the process, in most cases, there is no way to differentiate onto your other plans without expending more time and resources. Put the solution to action: Once you decide on your solution, put it into practice. Doing everything you can to properly plan and meet the problem head on. Determining a proper course of action will help you have measurable steps to reach, this is important to know if your making progress.Measure the results: Look at the timeframe it took, was it within the timeframe you expected? Is the outcome what you predicted it would be? What is the aftermath of your solution? Every positive has a negative, are thnegatives acceptable?
