2. The work is very important because besides benefits,
should offer other advantages particularly important. For
each of us, the ideal job must bring added value,
motivation and energy.
how looks the ideal job?
3. Each of us want to have the ideal job. Some of us can say that we have
it, others looking for it, and others say they want it, but do not know
exactly where it should be, so they expect to find something to thank
all areas: first financially, and in terms of the job description - can
combine business with pleasure - and if you could have a perfect boss,
everything would be wonderful!
4. At first glance, the ideal job looks like - fixed program
8 hours monthly, payment after days worked, reduced
responsibilities, low stress, great team, a "nice" boss,
quick promotional opportunities. But if for some
people salary matters more, for others are more
important working time or promotion opportunities.
The ideal job is maybe for some candidates, the thing
that brings the many zeros in salary, while for others
the same job is the one that brings the most
rewarding.
5. From my point of view, the ideal job contains of the
following ideas:
- To have my desk where I find everything in its place,
as I know it, a desk on which I put a photo that
inspires me and then I get to work;
- To have your own computer desktop which I want to
put that picture;
- To have all the pans I want, what papers I want, what
files I like;
6. - to have in room coffee maker and mini-fridge (always
full);
- to have louver in my office, and if I am upset
someone I close the door and I do not see anyone, and
whoever wants to enter, knocking at the door;
- I take pause whenever I want, I can receive visits
without my boss doing my head big;
- I know exactly what to do, and others to admire this
(not to be envious and do everything for me to go
there);
7. - to have plants in my office,to be clean down, to have
laminate flooring and double glazed and the walls be
painted a pale yellow;
- to stand up to what time I want;
- to be free on weekends and public holidays;
- to have on the workman book enough to take a credit
from the bank of any value I want;
- to know perfectly the company policies and to talk
with employees and clients in legal terms;
8. - to be my own employer and employee to be and at
the same time (not to shoot anybody impaled me);
- to be irreplaceable.
