Scrum Gathering是美国Scrum联盟发起的面向敏捷社区的系列活
动,每年在全世界多个国家的多个城市举行。2010年Scrum
Gathering第一次来到上海,吸引了很多国内外敏捷领域的顶级专
家。
Scrum Gathering更是一个各地敏捷社区的聚会。2011年的Scrum
Gathering Shanghai活动,更加是一个由本地社区活跃人士自主发
起、又服务于本地社区的活动。活动自发起之日起,就收到了美
国Scrum联盟组织的认可和支持,并吸引了越来越多的本地敏捷
专业人士的积极参与。
本着来自社区、服务社区,非盈利,公益传播,等宗旨,Scrum
Gathering Shanghai将为国内任何一个关注敏捷,或者正在实施敏
捷,或者推广敏捷的企业和个人,提供真正公平、开放的交流平
台。

企业级Scrum既是一个企业转型过程,也是一个持续演进的目标。这个级别的Scrum中,企业里
出现营销、战略、产品开发、软件开发或者基础研究领域的许多许多的Scrum团队一起协作。 2011年2月是敏捷宣言10周年。许多宣言的发起人回到犹他州的雪鸟镇进行庆祝,但更重要的是
