Teras Su İzolasyonu ve Kaplaması Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi, Isparta Proje: Teras Su İzolasyonu SDÜ, Isparta İletişim : Hakan Başköylü, SDÜ Sistem : VIP QUICK SPRAY Eco Polyurea 2-part sistem, hızlı, aromatik, gri Alan: Teras, 10.000 m2 Amaç: Su izolasyonu Yapım : Eylül 2010 Sonuç: Müşteri değerlendirmesi „Mükemmel“ Project Açıklaması: Isparta SDÜ de kullanılmak üzere uçucu organic bileşen içermeyen, monoblok ve son kat olarak kullanılabilecek aşınma dayanımı yüksek, gündüz gece sıcaklık farklarından oluşan yapısal gerilmeleri kompanse edebilecek bir kaplama olan QUICK SPRAY ECO seçildi. İşlem 3 adımda gerçekleştirildi: 1. Eski memranlar yüzeyden sökülerek karo yüzeyler özel silim makineleri ile silindi. 2. Yüzey %100 saf epoksi astarlar yardımı ile astarlanarak aderans arttırıldı. 3. Alt kaplama olan Quick Spray Eco yüksek basınçlı ve ısıtmalı makineler yardımı ile uygulandı. 4. Poliüretan son kat kaplama uygulanarak dekoratif bir görüntü kazandırıldı. Tüm adımdaki işlemler yaklaşık 45 gün gibi bir sürede tamamlandı.
