1. What makes me a better candidate to teach over the next CMU graduate? I am a better candidate to teach over the next CMU graduate because I have a serious drive and motivation to make a difference in the lives of children. Ever since I was a child, becoming a teacher was the only thing I ever wanted to do. I have an undying love for children and a passion to help children learn and find themselves along the way. I believe teaching is one of the most rewarding careers. Although many people say, “anyone can teach” this completely untrue. It takes a special person with a true love for children and someone with a desire to make a difference to actually teach and help children. Everyone has that one teacher that some how made a huge difference in their life and I would love more than anything to be that teacher for at least one student.
