• Quantitative proteomics can identify
difference in protein patterns between
cartilage subtypes
• Quantitative proteomics can identify
difference in protein patterns within one
cartilage (e.g. layers from articular cartilage)
• Targeted proteomics can be applied for
highest sensitivity
