This is a 30-hour Nuts & Bolts Course to get up to speed quickly to teach ESL online to kids. Persona Workshop
The In-Classroom Persona Task Sheet is designed to help you create your
in-class teaching persona. This will help you to market yourself so students
remember your classes.

1. Making a list of things you are interested in for your in- classroom
persona or branding.
2. What are 3 things you can add to your classroom that matches your
branding?
3. Search the internet for props like stuffed animals that match your
branding.
4. Make your reward systems match your branding.
5. Post a comment and some pictures of things you changed in your
classroom based on your in-classroom teaching persona in the
comment section under this video.
How do I make myself stand out so students remember me?
1. The hook: I use rhythm in my classroom and because of this the
students call me the singing teacher. What hook are you going to
use? You can be the crazy glasses, crazy hat, or the crazy monkey
teacher.
2. Reward System: Changing your reward systems to match your hook
or in-classroom persona or branding.
3. Changing your background: You can change things in your
classroom or background to match your branding.
4. Props: Change your props to match your branding.
