2. • Each furniture package includes furniture, delivery,
sales tax, set up and trash removal. All you will need
to do is put on the sheets.
• Each queen bedroom comes with a bed, mattress,
dresser, mirror and 2 night stands (master) 1 nights
stand (guest room)
• Each twin room comes with 2 beds, 2 mattresses, a
dresser, mirror and 1 night stand to share.
• Living room will include a 2 pc upholstery set, and a
3 piece coffee table set (upgrades available)
• Dining or dinette sets will include a table and 4
chairs (upgrades available)
• From time to time stock on dinettes and coffee
tables will be out due to manufacturer delay. Do not
worry as we will make adjustments with inline
products that are of equal or greater value.
• Total due for this package is broken into two
separate payments. 1 for furniture and 1 for
delivery and set as we use a third party service for
all installations.
