Community: “a group of people who share mutual concern for one another's
welfare.”
Distinct from a group that might share ideas, interests, proximity, or any number of
things but lack concern for one another.

1. We want to belong and want to let others know they belong. This happens
when we see others care about our success and they see us care about theirs.
