 I have had “physical” custody of Jayden since birth, and it would be emotionally,
mentally, and physically damaging to part.
a. The child resided with the grandparent for six months or longer.
b. The grandparent "provided financial support" for the child's basic needs for at least
one year.
c. The grandparent had established a pattern of visiting the child or providing child
care.
d. Other circumstances indicate that "emotional or physical harm" would result from a
lack of contact.
 My daughter is refusing visitation after the termination of guardianship.
 Jayden wants to stay with me, and has told his counselor, Jessica Wheatley c/o
Pathways Counseling, and DFCS that he doesn't want to go back to Donna because
he doesn't feel safe. He believes she will take him back to Dyami Watson again.
 He often has bad dreams of wanting her dead, because he feels he won’t have to go
back to her then. This is very disturbing.
 He's also afraid of her due to her short temper, and beating 2 months ago, during her
visit because he wouldn't tie his shoes. Pictures were taken, but DFCS didn't
intervene.
 Jayden has vividly described alleged sexual abuse by Dyami Watson, Ammon,
Sammy, and Alver. Jayden said his job was to have sex with those, and Donna was
paid.
 Jayden constantly says booty butt and booty rescue, that Dyami pooped his butt, and
placed his penis in his mouth and butt.
 When Jayden returned to me on 05/2012 he consistently broke out in hives all over his
body, which swell up various parts of his body, such as his penis, scrotum, eyes, and
was treated at the ER for CHOA, Dr. Mabel Johnson, and Tri-City Pediatrics in Henry
County. During that same time period, he continued to undergo counseling with Kidz
First Counseling, Inc. in Stockbridge, GA.

 Jayden has made at least 6 other allegations of sexual abuse, all of which include
recalled events of what happened with Mr. Watson, and others in childcare environments.
 After my daughter, LaDonna Stewart was questioned by Gwinnett County Police Dept,
her and her abusive girlfriend Brandy Graham fled to Tallahassee, FL. In 2012, my
daughter knew that I was struggling financially, threatening eviction, she only responded
"I'm sorry your struggling", and has never showed interest revoking the temporary
guardianship.
 I did her online Earth Science course for her, placed her on my Geico car insurance, Paid
for a taxi for her to go to court against Chaz Williams b/c Donna threatened her, yet my
daughter continues to paint a hateful, irresponsible picture of me.
 Asked for Jayden back knowing she was going to uproot him from Chaz to Brandy, after
battery charge.
 Jayden slept on an air mattress I bought him, which my daughter placed next to the dog's
cage. (Half Pitbull and Half Rotwheiller)
 During a visit, Donna bathed the dog before bathing Jayden out of fear of Brandy. She
continued a relationship with Brandy since fleeing to Florida.
 She has refussed to move back to Georgia, to prevent being involved with the bad people
she communicated with previously. Understandable, but Jayden is more important, and
could have us both.
 Donna buys Jayden's affection with toys.
 Visit to CHOA-anal fissures 11/05/2011-DFCS opened & closed case, Jail due to
suspended license, simple battery to Dyami Watson.
 Donna left Jayden unsupervised with Dyami, after signing a document by DFCS on
11/05/2011, not leave Jayden unattended with Watson.
 Dog was sick, kept offering to get Jayden, but my visits were all canceled.
 Spoke to Jayden on several occasions, and was told "Grandma I don't like this place!",
referring to Donna and Brandy which coincided with the events of molestations. He also
stated that he was given what sounds like drugs, something to smoke, punctured his arm,
which made him sleepy.
 Lots of verbal and video documentation available since 2011 to present.
 Every time my daughter has come to visit, she starts physical and verbal fights with me,
calls me out of my name, threatened to kill me, take Jayden, stated that I will never see
Jayden once he’s out of my care. She’s currently getting help from DFCS due to
allegation made.
 I received a positive Parental Fitness Psychological Evaluation on 10/07/2013, and now
DFCS is requesting another court ordered evaluation, even though I’ve always
cooperated and comprised with them, which caused me to lose my job in 2013, leading to
eviction from a 4 year apartment lease.
 After constant redirection, he is thriving, no more thumb sucking his thumb, nail-biting,
bed-wetting, nightmares.
 I often gotta force him to speak to Donna, he doesn’t want to speak to her.
 Showing interest in getting Jayden back, only when she’s in another one of her unstable,
relationships that always become combative, and Jayden is always witness to the verbal
and physical abuse which takes place.
