DX Coils operate very much like chilled water coils. DX Coils use refrigerant as the working
fluid instead of water however, and require a different valve set up. Nationwide Coils, Inc.
designs and builds top quality evaporator coils for all heating applications. From comfort
cooling and dehumidification to commercial and industrial processes, our coils are 4
manufactured to meet a wide spectrum of temperatures, including sub-zero applications.

Copper, Stainless Steel, and Cupro-Nickel tubing and fins are available as well as special
coil coatings to match your performance requirements and corrosion resistance. Our

Booster coils are duct-mounted reheat coils designed for air heating applications using hot
water. Used in general heating applications, booster coils are provided with a variety of
casing configurations including fully flanged, slip and drive or end plates only to make sure

Standard Steam Coils are the standard 5/8” or 1” single tube design. Our models can be
used in low, medium, or high pressure settings and are made to handle large amounts of
steam while providing quick condensate removal. Our header assembly design provides
uniform steam distribution to the core coil tubes, ensuring your product performs properly.

Steam Distribution Coils are also known as non-freeze, or freeze resistant coils. Our dual
tube design is ideal to handle below freezing entering air temperatures and steam that is
being modulated. Built to withstand low, medium, or high pressure steam applications, our

Tube Bundles
Replacement tube bundles for heat exchanger equipment can be constructed for
liquid-to-liquid or steam-to-liquid applications. The bundles can be used for applications
including industrial processes and commercial water heating or cooling. The tube bundles
are built from 10-or 20-gauge copper or cupro-nickel tubes, carbon steel, or brass tube
