1. I was born of September 28, 1996 at Rowan Regional Center in Salisbury North Carolina. I was born a healthy baby. I have heard that I was born two and a half weeks late. I have also been told that week I was three months old I had to go under anesthesia. I had to do this because I need to get some test done. Other than that I never got sick.
