Its new Healthy Babies program connects expectant
moms with a maternity nurse and provides support
for high-risk births and special needs, while infertility
consultations and up to $20,000 in coverage for
related treatments are also available.
 Employees receive 40 days of subsidized backup
child care annually.
• There are benefits given to the employees one of which is part time
working option given to the employees which results in flexible working
hours for the employees.
• At Microsoft , they promote flex time
and offer Work from Home opportunities
as a form of regular performance of work.
