plumbing, fire fighting and false ceiling).
• Preparation of the variations, clarifying the same with the consultant and
getting the approval.
• Preparation of Bill of quantities and cost estimation.
• Strength negotiation with Vendors, Contractors and Suppliers to ensure
project erection within Stipulated budget.

2. • Organizing material required for Project and good inventory plan.
• Streamline the system and procedures for effective inventory control to
ensure availability of Materials to meet the targets.
• Interfacing with materials department to prepare procurement plan as per
needs to complete the project.
• Manpower planning besides developing and monitoring the performance of
the Contract workers.
• Make arrangements for Contract Laborers & controlling them in line with
project progress.
• Preparation of agreements, running bills and amendments.
• Preparation related budget and exact schedule of work with team strength.
• Interacting and co-coordinating with site execution team for issuing of
materials, consumable and drawings as per priorities, in order to achieve
planned and targeted progress.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports, maintaining track of
day to day activities of each person.
• Testing & commissioning of system.
