Honoured Madam, 
The brief facts of the case are that the offence took place at Shop No:06, Market Area, Near Bharath Talkies, 
Mahabubnagar(T&M) area which is under the limits of excise station and also falls under the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble 
Court. 
That on 12-03-2014 the Proh.& Excise official (LW3), along with staff proceeded to at Shop No:06, Market Area, 
Near Bharath Talkies, Mahabubnagar(T&M) area and there secured the presence of two mediators i.e., LWs1 and 2 
stating that they got reliable information about the illegal sale and possession of Black Jaggery, I.D.Liquor, Alum and 
requested to act as mediators and to watch their proceedings, to which they agreed and followed with the officials. All 
of they reached at the suspected place at Shop No:06, Market Area, Near Bharath Talkies, Mahabubnagar(T&M) area at 
about 08:10 Pm and found a person escaped on seeing the excise officials . On enquiry officer came to know name and 
address of the said person as; Pasunoori Srinivasulu S/o Rajaiah, Age : 48 yrs, Caste :Vyshyas, Occ : Business, R/o Market 
Area, M’Nagar (T&M). Issused search memo, pasted search memo to the wall and entered into the shop. During the 
checking, found (5950) Kgs of Black Jaggery in ( 119 ) bags each bag containing (50) kgs, (20) kgs of Alum in a plastic 
bag and (10) Ltrs of illicitly distilled liquor in a Plastic Can which was possessed by accused illegally. 
The property was seized by the officer and drawn two sample packets each about 100 gms of Black 
Jaggery, two sample packets each about 100 gms of Alum and two sample bottles each about 350 ml of illicitly distilled 
liquor and sealed them as per procedure under cover of panchanama in the presence of mediators and pasted the 
signed chits on the samples. Returned to the station along with accused, samples and remaining contraband for taking 
further action. 
During further course of investigation, a case was registered by the officer Lw4 vide PCOR No. 
1739/2013-14 and issued crime and occurrence report against the accused showing Absconding and deposited the 
samples in the Court, with a request one sealed sample sent for chemical analysis and report and deposited the 
remaining property in the office of Dy. Commissioner, Mahabubnagar for confiscation as per rules. The analysist after 
analysis, issued his report vide No. 3413/2014, Dt. 13-06-2014 Opined that the sample is Jaggery which can be used as 
raw material in the manufacturing of illicitly distilled liquor, second sample is Alum, Third sample is illicitly distilled 
liquor unfit for human consumption and injurious to health. During the course of investigation, the A2 accused was 
arrested and sent to judicial custody through the Hon’ble Court on 12-12-13. 
During the course of investigation done by the excise officials, it is established that the accused illegally 
possessed illicitly distilled liquor for sale purpose and Black Jaggery for manufacture purpose or otherwise possessed 
thereby committed the offence and as such, prayed the Court to punish the accused for offence punishable U/s 7(A) r/w 
8(e) of A.P.Prohibition Act 1995 and U/s 34(e) & 13(1)F of A.P.Excise Act 1968 and Guru (Regulation of use) orders 1968.

The brief facts of the case are that the offence took place at House of Accused H.No:1-96/A, Doddalonipally 
(v), M’Nagar (M). area which is under the limits of excise station and als o falls under the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble 
Court. 
That on 13-03-2014 the Proh.& Excise official (LW3), along with staff proceeded to at House of Accused 
H.No:1-96/A, Doddalonipally (v), M’Nagar (M) area and there secured the presence of two mediators i.e., LWs1 and 2 
stating that they got reliable information about the illegal sale and possession of Black Jaggery, I.D.Liquor and requested 
to act as mediators and to watch their proceedings, to which they agreed and followed with the officials. All of they 
reached at the suspected place at House of Accused H.No:1-96/A, Doddalonipally (v), M’Nagar (M) area at about 01:45 
Pm and found a person. On suspicious, the officials stopped the said person. On enquiry officer came to know name 
and address of the said person as;A1:- Bolgam Laxmi w/o Late Bhasker Goud, Age : 34 yrs, Caste :Gouds, Occ : Coolie, 
R/o H.No:1-96/A, Doddalonipally (v), M’Nagar (M) and A2:- Pasunoori Srinivasulu S/o Rajaiah, Age : 48 yrs, Caste 
:Vyshyas, Occ : Business, R/o Market Area, M’Nagar (T&M). Issused search memo to the said person and entered into 
the house. During the checking, found (10) Ltrs of illicitly distilled liquor in a Plastic Can which and (20) Kgs of Black 
Jaggery in polythin bag which was possessed by accused illegally. 
The property was seized by the officer and drawn two sample bottles each about 350 ml of illicitly distilled 
liquor and two sample packets each about 100 gms of Black Jaggery and sealed them as per procedure under cover of 
panchanama in the presence of mediators and pasted the signed chits on the samples. Returned to the station along 
with A1 accused, samples and remaining contraband for taking further action. 
During further course of investigation, a case was registered by the officer Lw4 vide PCOR No. 
1738/2013-14 and issued crime and occurrence report against the accused A1 and A2 and A1 remanded to judicial 
custody through the Hon’ble Court and A2 showing Absconding and deposited the samples in the Court, with a request 
one sealed sample sent for chemical analysis and report and deposited the remaining property in the office of Dy. 
Commissioner, Mahabubnagar for confiscation as per rules. The analysist af ter analysis, issued his report vide No. 
3568/2014/06, Dt. 24-06-2014 Opined that the sample is illicitly distilled liquor unfit for human consumption and 
injurious to health, second sample is Jaggery which can be used as raw material in the manufacturing of illicitly distilled 
liquor. During the course of investigation, the accused A2 was arrested and sent to judicial custody through the Hon’ble 
Court on 12-12-13. 
During the course of investigation done by the excise officials, it is established that the accused illegally

The brief facts of the case are that the offence took place at Manyam Konda Cross Road, Manyam Konda(v), 
Mahabubnagar(M) area which is under the limits of excise station and also falls under the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble 
Court. 
That on 04-04-2014 the Proh.& Excise official (LW3), along with staff proceeded to Manyam Konda Cross 
Road, Manyam Konda(v), Mahabubnagar(M) area and there secured the presence of two mediators i.e., LWs1 and 2 
stating that they got reliable information about the illegal transportation and possession of Duty paid Liquor (IML) and 
requested to act as mediators and to watch their proceedings, to which they agreed and followed with the officials. All 
of they reached at the suspected place at Manyam Konda Cross Road, Manyam Konda(v), Mahabubnagar(M) area at 
about 04:40Am and found one Mahendra Bolero. On suspicious, the officials stopped the said Mahendra Bolero. On 
enquiry officer came to know name and address of the said person as;A1:- Peri Raghavender Reddy S/o Laxmi Kanth 
Reddy, Age 32yrs, Caste; O.C (Reddys), Occ: Agriculture, R/o Marikal (V), Dhanwada (M), A2:-Ulligadda Suresh S/o Bala 
Veerappa, Age 26yrs, Caste; Balija, Occ: Driver, R/o Teeleru (V), Dhanwada (M) and A3:- Suritti Sarala S/o Late. Ramulu, 
Age 45yrs, Caste;Telugu, Occ: Ex-Sarpanch, R/o Marikal (V), Dhanwada (M). . During the checking, found one Mahendra 
Bolero SLX containing (336) Bottles of Aristocrate Premium whisky each 180ml in ( 7 ) cartons which was possessed by 
accused illegally. 
The property was seized by the officer and drawn two sample bottles and sealed them as per 
procedure under cover of panchanama in the presence of mediators and pasted the signed chits on the samples and 
taken the accused into custody. Returned to the station along with A1 & A2 accused, samples and remaining contraband 
for taking further action. 
During further course of investigation, a case was registered by the officer (Lw4) vide PCOR No. 
13/2014-15 and issued crime and occurrence report against the accuse A1 to A3 and A1&A2 remanded to judicial 
custody through the Hon’ble Court and A3 showing Absconding and A1 & A2 remanded to judicial custody through the 
Hon’ble Court and deposited the samples in the Court, with a request one sealed sample sent for chemical analysis and 
report and deposited the remaining property in the office of Dy. Commissioner, Mahabubnagar for confiscation as per 
rules. The analysist after analysis, issued his report vide No. 3569/2014/03, Dt: 20-06-2014. Opined that the sample 
contains alcohol and it is Indian liquor. During the course of investigation, the accused A3 was taken anticipatory bail on 
22-05-14. 
During the course of investigation done by the excise officials, it is established that the accused illegally 
possessed illicitly distilled liquor for sale purpose or otherwise possessed thereby committed the offence and as such, 
prayed the Court to punish the accused for offence punishable U/s 34(a) of A.P Excise Act 1968.

Mahabubnagar(M) and at H.No: 4-63/1, Boyapally (V), Mahabubnagar (M) area which is under the limits of excise station and also 
falls under the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court. 
That on 21-03-2014 the Proh.& Excise official (LW3), along with staff proceeded to at H.No: 4-71, Laliya Naik 
Thanda, Jainellypur (V), Mahabubnagar(M) area and there secured the presence of two mediators i.e., LWs1 and 2 
stating that they got reliable information about the illegal sale and possession of illicitly distilled liquor, Black Jaggery 
and requested to act as mediators and to watch their proceedings, to which they agreed and followed with the officials. 
All of they reached at the suspected place at H.No: 4-71, Laliya Naik Thanda, Jainellypur (V), Mahabubnagar(M) area at 
about 12:30 Pm and found one person. On suspicious, the officials stopped the said person and stated the purpose of 
their search. On enquiry officer came to know name and address of the said person as; A1:- Mudavath Somla S/o 
Ramulu, Age : 52 yrs,Caste : S.T., Occ : I.D.Liquor Business, R/o H.No:4-71,Laliya Naik Thanda, Jainellypur(V), M’Nagar 
(M). Issused search memo to the said person and entered into the house. During the checking, found one running still, 
(30) Ltrs of illicitly distilled liquor in a rubber tube, (50) Kgs of Black Jaggery in a bag, (5) Kgs of Navasagram, (5) Kgs of 
Alum and (600) Ltrs of F.J.Wash each containing (200) Ltrs of F.J.Wash in (3) Plastic Barrels which was possessed by 
accused illegally. 
The property was seized by the officer and drawn two samples bottles each about (350)ml of illicitly distilled liquor, 
two sample packets each about 100 gms of Black Jaggery, two sample packets each about 100 gms of Navasagram and two sample 
packets each about 100 gms of Alum, two samples bottles each about (350)ml of F.J.Wash and sealed them as per procedure under 
cover of panchanama in the presence of mediators and pasted the signed chits on the samples. 
Thereafter on 21-03-2014 the Proh.& Excise official (LW3), along with staff proceeded to at H.No: 4-63/1, Boyapally 
(V), Mahabubnagar(M) area. All of they reached at the suspected place at H.No: 4-63/1, Boyapally (V), Mahabubnagar(M) area at 
about 01:55 Pm and found one person. On suspicious, the officials stopped the sai d person and stated the purpose of their search. 
On enquiry officer came to know name and address of the said person as; A2:- Md.Abdul Raheem S/o Abdul Jabber , Age : 47 
yrs,Caste : Muslim, Occ : Business, R/o H.No: 4-63/1,Boyapally (V), M’Nagar (M).. Issused search memo to the said person and 
entered into the house. During the checking, found (50) Kgs of Black Jaggery in a bag, (20) Kgs of Navasagram and (20) Kgs of 
Alum which was possessed by accused illegally. 
The property was seized by the officer and drawn two sample packets each about 100 gms of Black Jaggery, two sample 
packets each about 100 gms of Navasagram and two sample packets each about 100 gms of Alum and sealed them as per 
procedure under cover of panchanama in the presence of mediators and pasted the signed chits on the samples. Returned to the 
station along with A1 & A2 accused, samples and remaining contraband for taking further action. 
During further course of investigation, a case was registered by the officer Lw4 vide PCOR No. 1707/2013-14 and 
issued crime and occurrence report against the A1 & A2 accused and remanded to judicial custody through the Hon’ble Court an d 
deposited the samples in the Court, with a request one sealed sample sent for chemical analysis and report and deposited the 
remaining property in the office of Dy. Commissioner, Mahabubnagar for confiscation as per rules. The analysist after First analysis, 
issued his report vide No. 3568/2014/01, Dt. 24-06-2014. Opined that the sample is illicitly distilled liquor unfit for human 
consumption and injurious to health, second sample is Jaggery which can be used as raw material in the manufacturing of ill icitly 
distilled liquor, third sample is Ammonium Chloride i.e., Navasagram, forth sample is Chloral hydrate and Alum and fifth sample is 
Fermented wash fit for distillation. The analysist after Second analysis, issued his report vide No. 3568/2014/02, Dt. 24 -06-2014 
Opined that the sample is Ammonium Chloride i.e., Navasagram, second sample is Chloral hydrate and Alum and third sample is 
Jaggery which can be used as raw material in the manufacturing of illicitly distilled liquor.
During the course of investigation done by the excise officials, it is established that the accused illegally possessed illicitly 
distilled liquor for sale purpose and Black Jaggery for manufacture purpose or otherwise possessed thereby committed the offence

IN THE COURT OF SPECIAL JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE OF FIRST CLASS PROHIBITION AND EXCISE MAHABUBNAGAR CHARGE SHEET C.C.NO. of (PCOR NO: 1734/2013-14 of P&E:Mahabubnagar) Honoured Madam, The brief facts of the case are that the offence took place at Shop No:06, Market Area, Near Bharath Talkies, Mahabubnagar(T&M) area which is under the limits of excise station and also falls under the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court. That on 12-03-2014 the Proh.& Excise official (LW3), along with staff proceeded to at Shop No:06, Market Area, Near Bharath Talkies, Mahabubnagar(T&M) area and there secured the presence of two mediators i.e., LWs1 and 2 stating that they got reliable information about the illegal sale and possession of Black Jaggery, I.D.Liquor, Alum and requested to act as mediators and to watch their proceedings, to which they agreed and followed with the officials. All of they reached at the suspected place at Shop No:06, Market Area, Near Bharath Talkies, Mahabubnagar(T&M) area at about 08:10 Pm and found a person escaped on seeing the excise officials . On enquiry officer came to know name and address of the said person as; Pasunoori Srinivasulu S/o Rajaiah, Age : 48 yrs, Caste :Vyshyas, Occ : Business, R/o Market Area, M’Nagar (T&M). Issused search memo, pasted search memo to the wall and entered into the shop. During the checking, found (5950) Kgs of Black Jaggery in ( 119 ) bags each bag containing (50) kgs, (20) kgs of Alum in a plastic bag and (10) Ltrs of illicitly distilled liquor in a Plastic Can which was possessed by accused illegally. The property was seized by the officer and drawn two sample packets each about 100 gms of Black Jaggery, two sample packets each about 100 gms of Alum and two sample bottles each about 350 ml of illicitly distilled liquor and sealed them as per procedure under cover of panchanama in the presence of mediators and pasted the signed chits on the samples. Returned to the station along with accused, samples and remaining contraband for taking further action. During further course of investigation, a case was registered by the officer Lw4 vide PCOR No. 1739/2013-14 and issued crime and occurrence report against the accused showing Absconding and deposited the samples in the Court, with a request one sealed sample sent for chemical analysis and report and deposited the remaining property in the office of Dy. Commissioner, Mahabubnagar for confiscation as per rules. The analysist after analysis, issued his report vide No. 3413/2014, Dt. 13-06-2014 Opined that the sample is Jaggery which can be used as raw material in the manufacturing of illicitly distilled liquor, second sample is Alum, Third sample is illicitly distilled liquor unfit for human consumption and injurious to health. During the course of investigation, the A2 accused was arrested and sent to judicial custody through the Hon’ble Court on 12-12-13. During the course of investigation done by the excise officials, it is established that the accused illegally possessed illicitly distilled liquor for sale purpose and Black Jaggery for manufacture purpose or otherwise possessed thereby committed the offence and as such, prayed the Court to punish the accused for offence punishable U/s 7(A) r/w 8(e) of A.P.Prohibition Act 1995 and U/s 34(e) & 13(1)F of A.P.Excise Act 1968 and Guru (Regulation of use) orders 1968. The property was seized by the officer and drawn two sample bottles each about 350 ml of illicitly distilled liquor and two sample packets each about 100 gms of Black Jaggery and sealed them as per procedure under cover of panchanama in the presence of mediators and pasted the signed chits on the samples. That on 04-04-2014 the Proh.& Excise official (LW3), along with staff proceeded to Manyam Konda Cross Road, Manyam Konda(v), Mahabubnagar(M) area and there secured the presence of two mediators i.e., LWs1 and 2 stating that they got reliable information about the illegal transportation and possession of Duty paid Liquor (IML) and requested to act as mediators and to watch their proceedings, to which they agreed and followed with the officials. All of they reached at the suspected place at Manyam Konda Cross Road, Manyam Konda(v), Mahabubnagar(M) area at about 04:40Am and found one Mahendra Bolero. On suspicious, the officials stopped the said Mahendra Bolero. Returned to the station along with A1 & A2 accused, samples and remaining contraband for taking further action. During further course of investigation, a case was registered by the officer (Lw4) vide PCOR No. 13/2014-15 and issued crime and occurrence report against the accuse A1 to A3 and A1&A2 remanded to judicial custody through the Hon’ble Court and A3 showing Absconding and A1 & A2 remanded to judicial custody through the Hon’ble Court and deposited the samples in the Court, with a request one sealed sample sent for chemical analysis and report and deposited the remaining property in the office of Dy. Commissioner, Mahabubnagar for confiscation as per rules. The analysist after analysis, issued his report vide No. 3569/2014/03, Dt: 20-06-2014. Opined that the sample contains alcohol and it is Indian liquor. During the course of investigation, the accused A3 was taken anticipatory bail on 22-05-14. IN THE COURT OF SPECIAL JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE OF FIRST CLASS PROHIBITION AND EXCISE MAHABUBNAGAR CHARGE SHEET C.C.NO. of (PCOR NO: 1779/2013-14 of P&E:Mahabubnagar) Honoured Madam, The brief facts of the case are that the offence took place at H.No: 4-71, Laliya Naik Thanda, Jainellypur (V), Mahabubnagar(M) and at H.No: 4-63/1, Boyapally (V), Mahabubnagar (M) area which is under the limits of excise station and also falls under the jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court. That on 21-03-2014 the Proh.& Excise official (LW3), along with staff proceeded to at H.No: 4-71, Laliya Naik Thanda, Jainellypur (V), Mahabubnagar(M) area and there secured the presence of two mediators i.e., LWs1 and 2 stating that they got reliable information about the illegal sale and possession of illicitly distilled liquor, Black Jaggery and requested to act as mediators and to watch their proceedings, to which they agreed and followed with the officials. All of they reached at the suspected place at H.No: 4-71, Laliya Naik Thanda, Jainellypur (V), Mahabubnagar(M) area at about 12:30 Pm and found one person. On suspicious, the officials stopped the said person and stated the purpose of their search. On enquiry officer came to know name and address of the said person as; A1:- Mudavath Somla S/o Ramulu, Age : 52 yrs,Caste : S.T., Occ : I.D.Liquor Business, R/o H.No:4-71,Laliya Naik Thanda, Jainellypur(V), M’Nagar (M). Issused search memo to the said person and entered into the house. During the checking, found one running still, (30) Ltrs of illicitly distilled liquor in a rubber tube, (50) Kgs of Black Jaggery in a bag, (5) Kgs of Navasagram, (5) Kgs of Alum and (600) Ltrs of F.J.Wash each containing (200) Ltrs of F.J.Wash in (3) Plastic Barrels which was possessed by accused illegally. The property was seized by the officer and drawn two samples bottles each about (350)ml of illicitly distilled liquor, two sample packets each about 100 gms of Black Jaggery, two sample packets each about 100 gms of Navasagram and two sample packets each about 100 gms of Alum, two samples bottles each about (350)ml of F.J.Wash and sealed them as per procedure under cover of panchanama in the presence of mediators and pasted the signed chits on the samples. Thereafter on 21-03-2014 the Proh.& Excise official (LW3), along with staff proceeded to at H.No: 4-63/1, Boyapally (V), Mahabubnagar(M) area. All of they reached at the suspected place at H.No: 4-63/1, Boyapally (V), Mahabubnagar(M) area at about 01:55 Pm and found one person. On suspicious, the officials stopped the sai d person and stated the purpose of their search. On enquiry officer came to know name and address of the said person as; A2:- Md.Abdul Raheem S/o Abdul Jabber , Age : 47 yrs,Caste : Muslim, Occ : Business, R/o H.No: 4-63/1,Boyapally (V), M’Nagar (M).. Issused search memo to the said person and entered into the house. During the checking, found (50) Kgs of Black Jaggery in a bag, (20) Kgs of Navasagram and (20) Kgs of Alum which was possessed by accused illegally. The property was seized by the officer and drawn two sample packets each about 100 gms of Black Jaggery, two sample packets each about 100 gms of Navasagram and two sample packets each about 100 gms of Alum and sealed them as per procedure under cover of panchanama in the presence of mediators and pasted the signed chits on the samples. Returned to the station along with A1 & A2 accused, samples and remaining contraband for taking further action. During further course of investigation, a case was registered by the officer Lw4 vide PCOR No. 1707/2013-14 and issued crime and occurrence report against the A1 & A2 accused and remanded to judicial custody through the Hon’ble Court an d deposited the samples in the Court, with a request one sealed sample sent for chemical analysis and report and deposited the remaining property in the office of Dy. Commissioner, Mahabubnagar for confiscation as per rules. The analysist after First analysis, issued his report vide No. 3568/2014/01, Dt. 24-06-2014. Opined that the sample is illicitly distilled liquor unfit for human consumption and injurious to health, second sample is Jaggery which can be used as raw material in the manufacturing of ill icitly distilled liquor, third sample is Ammonium Chloride i.e., Navasagram, forth sample is Chloral hydrate and Alum and fifth sample is Fermented wash fit for distillation. The analysist after Second analysis, issued his report vide No. 3568/2014/02, Dt. 24 -06-2014 Opined that the sample is Ammonium Chloride i.e., Navasagram, second sample is Chloral hydrate and Alum and third sample is Jaggery which can be used as raw material in the manufacturing of illicitly distilled liquor.

During the course of investigation done by the excise officials, it is established that the accused illegally possessed illicitly distilled liquor for sale purpose and Black Jaggery for manufacture purpose or otherwise possessed thereby committed the offence and as such, prayed the Cour t to punish the accused for offence punishable U/s 7(A) r/w 8(e) of A.P.Prohibition Act 1995 and U/s 34(e) & 13(1)F of A.P.Excise Act 1968 and Guru (Regulation of use) orders 1968 Clause-3.
