Sandhya Singh is in her fifth year as a part-time PhD scholar at GLA University Mathura. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in CS and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. I have 15 years of corporate experience as an Assistant Professor. Her field of study is Human Recourse Management. Her research interests include Job search behavior, Recruitment, Talent Management and Turn Over.
