I am Moneer Salah Khalaf, former Executive Vice President of Powerline
Engineering – Qatar W.L.L. (PLQ) – a Grade A general contracting company in
Doha and currently the Managing Director of Paracon International (PI) - a
construction support/management consultancy based in Cairo and Amman .
I am writing this letter to recommend Mr.Samer Al-Oreibi to the position of
Construction Manager. I believe that he shall be the perfect candidate for this

During his tenure at PLQ, Mr. Samer proved to be a very reliable person and an
excellent employee, who has core knowledge of the projects he is working on. He
