PROJECTS HANDLED
AUTOMATED STACKER AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEM
Controlling the Stacker and Retrieval system for measuring cable drums using SIEMENS S7-300
PLC,RFID and Wireless Control system . The cable drums in shipyard consists of a Stacker crane & Rack frames
controlled by PLC control system with a base station.The racks identification is a RFID system with
programmable tags fixed on the racks and RFID reader mounted on stacker crane.The Stacker cranes Horizontal
and Vertical motions are measured using absolute encoders so that even after power off the measured data is
stored in the system and these motions are controlled by using AC drives.
PLC control system is mounted on the stacker crane and the communication between the PLC control system and
the base station is using Wireless data radios.The storage and retrieval data is maintained and controlled by base
station using SCADA.The capacity of this ASRS System is 130 Drums.

BATCHING SYSTEM FOR POULTRY FEED
Batching system for manufacturing Poultry feed. Control Panel is designed with AB MicroLogix 1400
Processor and Factory Talk View Machine Edition through which we can monitor and control the system
efficiently. Recipe selection and Recipe editing option provided in ME, using which we can select or change the
quantity of different raw materials used in batching. We have reporting system which gives us complete
information about the batch start/stop time, quantity of different raw materials consumed in each batch and total
weight of each batch. This gives efficiency of the overall system.

CASE PACKER SYSTEM
Case packer system is commonly used in all industries for packing of finished goods. Packing shall be
in be in cartoon boxes for solid materials and bottles or cans for liquid and semi fluid materials. This system is
designed according to the packing requirement from customer. Required matrix to be formed before picking and
placing them in cartoon. This is achieved by divider head which automatically shifts its position based on counts.
Once complete matrix is formed, pick place arm with two motion axis, shall pick it and place it at cartoon located
on other side. Once placing is completed, conveyor takes cartoon to tapping section, where cartoon gets closed
and sealed. Different matrix combinations are also made based on customer product requirement. Main factor to
3. be considered during design of this system is no. of cartoons that shall be packed, as this defines efficiency of
packing system and accuracy of servo arm on picking and placing cartoons.

ONLINE DATALOGGING SYSTEM
Datalogging system is commonly used in all pharma industries for online data logging for the running
processes. This system is designed for Muffle Furnaces to control the Temperature, Humidity and other
atmospheric parameters using Eurotherm make Controllers and modbus communication is used along wih HMI
to view the process online at a different location away from the site. Also the reports and the data are stored
accordingly.

COLD ROOM TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND MONITORING SYSTEM
In most of industries we can find cold rooms where raw materials or products are stored at lower
temperature to increase lifetime of it. This system has two sections in it namely indoor and outdoor units. Indoor
unit will exchange heat in cold room with help of fans and coolant will be circulating through shell type tubes.
The heated coolant will in turn goes to outdoor unit which has compressor which cool down and increase
pressure of coolant. Each cold room will have set of temperature sensor which monitor temperature indoor. Main
and standby units are operated in timely manner and also based on temperature requirement. There will be
changeover time during which main system becomes standby and vice versa.
