M/s Gaskon Engineers, a partnership firm located in New Delhi, appoints Mr. Moti Lal Dhiman, the Manager, as their Power of Attorney to represent the firm in connection with a bid floated by the PMU-Jhelum and Tawi Flood Recovery Project. This includes signing documents, providing information and responses to the project, representing the firm, and dealing with all bid-related matters on behalf of the firm. The firm agrees to ratify all acts done by the attorney regarding this bid.

1. POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR SIGNING BID
Know all men by these presents, we M/s Gaskon Engineers (Partnership Firm)
having office at 201, JYOTI SHIKHAR, 8, DISTRICT CENTRE, JANAK PURI NEW DELHI –
110058, do hereby constitute, appoint and authorize Mr. Moti Lal Dhiman who is presently
employed with us and holding the position of Manager as our attorney, to do in our name
and on our behalf, all such acts, deeds and things necessary in connection with or
incidental to Bid floated by PMU-Jhelum and Tawi Flood Recovery Project (JTFRP)
bearing tender ref. no. Revised/Oxygen/Jammu, including signing and submission of
all documents and providing information/responses to JTFRP, representing us in all
matters before JTFRP, and generally dealing with JTFRP in all matters in connection with
Bid.
We hereby agree to ratify all acts, deeds and things lawfully done by our said attorney
pursuant to this Power of Attorney and that all acts, deeds and things done by our
aforesaid attorney shall and shall always be deemed to have been done by us.
