1. Dr. Balabhai Nanavati Hospital, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai has
submitted the fresh medical report in respect of health conditions of Dr. P.V.
Varavara Rao in a sealed envelope. The said envelope is opened and the
medical report is taken on record.
2. We direct the Registry to serve copy of medical report received
from Dr. Balabhai Nanavati Hospital, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai to learned
counsel appearing for the respective parties, during the course of the day. List
the matter on 19.01.2021, at 2.30 p.m. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to
continue till then.
