The Services GTS Implementation – using best practice design templates and accelerated methodology. Trade Compliance Performance – including audits, workshops & business case development GTS Test Drive – only company to allow potential GTS customers to use GTS in their environment before buying (for 45days) GTS Body Scan – discovery and correction of technical , process and regulatory issues within a company’s GTS environment. GTS Help Desk – we’ll provide technical and operational support for all your GTS activities, using a monthly subscription model. The Team Practice employs industry-trained GTS consultants, each with a minimum of five full GTS deployments, along with trade compliance specialists supporting clients’ trade operations. Practice includes customs brokers and certified trade compliance officers, along with former forwarding agents, trade compliance managers and logistics specialists.   Unlike all competitors in this area, our GTS consultants are required to have both technical skills and a real knowledge of trade compliance.  Practice consultants have extensive past experience with SAP ERP (R/3 and ECC), especially in those areas that impact GTS. All projects are conducted in collaboration with the entire global trade team, so all of our clients benefit equally from our experience, best practices and methodology. 7
The Partnerships Primary GTS implementation partner for SAP in the US. Conduct monthly conference calls with SAP’s GTS architects, developers and practice management.   Receive periodic in-house training from SAP on new features of GTS and new market initiatives.   Conduct visits to SAP’s US headquarters to collaborate on challenging customer messages.
