INDIVIDUAL COMPANIES - USING NEWSPAPERS FOR STOCK RESEARCH
From the local newspaper, national newspaper, periodical or the Internet (Yahoo! Finance) find and cut out or
print off a copy of an article that relates specifically to the company you invested in for the stock project. You
should have a minimum of one article per company. These current event articles will give you a better idea of
what is happening right now with your company and influence your decision to hold onto your company, buy
more or to sell. All articles should be current (within one week of the purchase of stock).

Mount each article on a separate sheet of paper or on the back of this sheet and write a brief summary in
the space provided or type up your article summary and mount the article to the page with the summary.
