Improving production and design time. Assisting in creating a uniform structure not only on the design
template, but, throughout the naming / saving of files to create a more structured and organized system.
» Working along side ECD’s marketing manager, senior graphic designer and print production manager,
I created a uniform color chart from ECD’s process colors to spot color swatches so all the production
designers, illustrators, web designers & in-house graphic designers are working on a uniform color pallet
that is congruent with their Xerox iGen 5 printers and large format printers.
» Re-building and ‘re-branding’ the template files from the ground up so that each page, layer, paragraph style,
character style, color swatch on each file is consistent and easily translated / transmitted across the board.
» Updating design templates for ECD’s production designers. Simplifying the layer and file structure in their
current templates resulting in a much smaller file / print size (currently 75+). Properly linking graphics / images
and packaging files to a centralized folder for ease of use and accessibility.
