I’m a software developer and creator at heart but have enjoyed my career progression into management and the board room as CTO. Whilst I like to remain hands on with technology when it is required, I know when to step back and let the team take over. I enjoy building a strong technical team and getting the processes and structure in place to let them perform to the best of their abilities.
