4/2009 - 03/2016 DURALL Group. Inc. New York, NY. General construction engineering, specializing in mechanical HVAC
systems, Security systems, and emergency electrical service repair (from hurricane damage.) Extensive work done
preparing and expediting construction permit paperwork, scheduling and pleading Environmental and Building Code
Violations. Mechanical systems for climate control, utilizing Flash Evaporation’s thermal dynamics to drop intake air
temperature ~30 degrees f, increasing efficiency and reducing maintenance in HVAC systems. Outdoor misting systems
also implemented. General construction drawings, title survey drawings and construction permit documents. Written
instructions and detail drawings for technicians. Projects included HVAC controls, CCTV security systems, Solar

system with RF transponder, triple CCTV surveillance for each toll station, and central hard disk data records backup.
